The day before move day We got bumped from Cobourg uhaul to this Bowmanville one after a truck was returned damaged. THIS outlet told us we would have to pick it AND return it back to Bowmanville. Trying to FORCE us to incur $80 just in km driving back and forth from Bowmanville. They did offer $50. I was already moving from one town to another. They said it is OUR truck so you have to bring it back here. SINCE when can't you return a uhaul truck to ANY uhaul location.. OH WAIT you can!!! why than would they not? Horrible customer service
