These folks are honest, good people. My last service, they choose to only resolve one of my concerns as they weren't confident that my 2nd concern was an issue. They said try it out and bring it back in a week so we can double check. That's my kind of service!

Highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I work as an apprentice mechanic in Victoria, and on a recent trip to pick up a car i purchased ran into trouble in an unfamiliar town. Long story short, I bought a car only to find out that the master cylinder was completely dead on a Saturday afternoon. I panicked, as I did not have any tools and no way of getting home without the car. I called Northend from my phone, as they were the first shop that came up. The owner, Jack answered the phone, and i explained my situation. Jack informed me that it was his day off, but he was willing to help me out. After getting the car towed to the shop, Jack was able to quickly remove the cylinder, and install and bleed the new master from lordco. He was extremely professional, and was very kind to help us out on his day off.Again, this shop went far above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You!!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years now. Jack, June and Jarrod are the best there are. Friendly, professional, thorough and most importantly fair. Done right. Priced right. I have a collector and a work truck. Would never consider going anywhere else.

Working at a job site near by, and some of the vehicles leaving need a resonator and better sounding exhaust tones. Hard to say whether its this shop doing those horrific sounding pipe jobs, or they're catering to customers with bad taste. It sounds unprofessional and like some Canadian Tire quality piping; raspy and twangy. Some slow, gutless BRZ platform left this shop last week and it sound horrible.

I've never gotten anything less than stellar service from Jack and June, and the prices have always been fair. Not only that, but they're honest in their dealings and willing to go above and beyond for a person. They're the first shop I'd recommend to anyone looking to have auto work done.

My initial contact with Jack and June Wilson was very positive so I returned for another minor repair. I then required a third repair which was major in nature. I asked June to order the part and schedule an appointment for installation. The part was NOT ordered! I felt negated. I again requested June to order the part and reschedule. To follow-up this request I sent an email and a letter asking for an appointment to speak with Jack in person. I never received a response from them. I have decided NOT to return and I have taken my car elsewhere for maintenance and repair. I am DISAPPOINTED by their blatant disrespect for me.

Jack the owner worked on my vehicle's brake system, he is very honest and explained to me all the things that I needed to know about the status of the parts. He only suggested to replace worn out parts, and he would beat the price of other shops and the difference is night and day. I highly recommend Northend Automotive, very professional service.

They have looked after my family's vehicles for the last 10 years, and simply put they are the best. Professional and practical approach and entirely trustworthy. From servicing to repairs they are great, Highly recommended, and good folk too.

My Kia Van check engine light came on, I was worried so I decided to take it to the Kia dealership in Nanaimo to get it assessed. Kia quoted me a bill of well over $2000 of things I needed to get done right away. I was upset with that number so a few friends told me to have Jack look it over and give me a second opinion. I agreed and took my Van to Jack. I'm always nervous about going into a new auto shop alone as a female. I truthfully do not know a lot about vehicles and am always worried they are going to up-sale and overcharge me. These wonderful people made me feel completely comfortable. They were kind, honest, down to earth, family oriented style people. They were great to my kids who I had to bring along and they seemed truly happy to help! They informed me of everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. They knocked my huge quote down to 1/3 of what Kia was going to change me and I couldn't have been more pleased. I feel safe driving my vehicle again! So, thank you for everything. I highly recommend this shop.
