My main water line broke in the middle of winter! Travis and his team show up for the excavation and the repairs in a timely manner. They were friendly and very professional. They offer me as well a good price for an excellent result. I totally recommend them to everyone!

Called Travis Sunday told him something was going on with my furnace he and his team showed up the next day as it wasn’t urgent checked a few things and it has been running great since would highly recommend him and his team thanks again for the quick response and service! Will definitely be my first call again!

So weve been in our new house ruoghly 4 months now. Am i ever glad i found Jardine mechanical when the project started. Travis and his crew ( particularly Tyler) were absolutly awsome from start to finish. They completed all the infloor heating , alll the infloor plumbing , all above ground plumbing , hvac system and finish fixtures. They completted everything on schedule and worked great with the other trades on site. We had one issue with our new boiler and Travis rectified it without any question or delay. I would Highly recomend these guys for any project you might have.

The work we needed done was somewhat urgent. Travis and his crew responded promptly and, when an unexpected complication arose, they handled it professionally and quickly. We were kept informed and updated and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. We would highly recommend JML and won’t hesitate to use their services again.

Great experience working with Travis and Rick. Had a leak fixed and reverse osmosis system installed. Appreciated the promptness (called on a Sat. and was seen on Mon.). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

Travis returned my call within 5 minutes yesterday. He was super accommodating and came after his full work day. He answered my million questions and walked me through why he didn't think it was a clog, but rather a leaking toilet to bowel and toilet seal. The seal was replaced by another company and was under warranty. He then called that company for me and talked to them and asked for them to fix it. Travis then called me later that evening to go over what I should do. He didn't charge me anything. Wouldn't accept anything. He offered for me to reach out after the other company fixes it if I have any further issues or concerns. Super lovely guy! I am shocked at how willing he was to help me and ensure I wasn't spending more money when things were under warranty with another company. I didn't know about the warranty, so really appreciate the honesty.I will be calling Travis again as I want to get a new hot water tank, along with helping as I do washroom renos down the road.If you need an honest plumber who will not charge you for things you don't need, call Jardine Mechanical!
