Just moved here and this place helped ease my craving for Sashimi.AYCE menu here is superb. Their food is good quality and taste, maybe not as fancy as A-la-cart place but you get to choose various menus with the suitable price.The staff is very friendly. This is my go to place when I think of sashimi

This place is a gem! I can't believe it's taken me this long to dine here. They have a great all you can eat menu. You mark off what you want on a paper menu and they bring you the plates. You can do lots of different dishes or a bunch of the same thing. We ate till bursting, the food was so good. The owner is a really friendly dude. It was pretty busy on a Sunday night, so you would want to make a reso for the weekend.

Popped in last minute at 8pm on a Saturday for a dinner date and was seated right away. Spacious. Clean. Servers were prompt and several of them checked in on us throughout dinner. Food came out fast. The sashimi pieces were a decent size. Max 20 pieces per person. Beef tataki was extra charge of $1.50. Flavour was good. Beef was sliced super thin. Ponzu sauce is made in house. =)

Big fan of their all-you-can-eat menu. It seems like a pretty busy place but twice now we've been able to snag a table on a Friday night with no wait. Food is tasty and they come back with the forms to order more throughout the night. Would recommend for AYCE sushi in Edmonton.

Definitely my favorite sushi place in Edmonton. The All You Can Eat menu is quite big. The food comes out really fast! And the staff are always friendly. Feels like home.

You know,it's about demographics, I guess cause the price was top shelf and food was ok at best. It seemed most things were very small portioned and had spicy sauce on alot of items not expected.Outside of a bone and a small piece of shell if your looking for a fix of sushi it would do,alot of staff and cleanliness was good here but if you wanted quality sushi sashimi this in my opinion isn't it!

An incredible experience here. Even though it was an hour wait, it was well worth it and I can see why people don't mind waiting.Watari offers ayce Japanese cuisine which is mainly served tapas style. This is great if you want to have small samples of over 100 different items. I like this approach as I hate wasting food, even if it's something I don't like so at least I'm only eating a small sample and I can order something different for the next round.All of the food we selected was delicious but the stars would be the squid rings, sesame chicken and spicy potato noodles. Of course you need to have some sushi rolls and sashimi which were great.Service was awesome, our waitress was helpful in recommending some dishes and was very quick to bring our food, clear away dirty dishes and to have more food ordered. Props to the kitchen staff for pumping out 100000 dishes of food over the weekend and of course the dishwashers for having to wash 100000 little dishes daily.Side note, parking in this area was tough to find so you may need to walk a tad.I would fully recommend trying out Watari.

Best all you can eat sushi in the city. The manager ensures you’re well taken care of. The front end staff is efficient and keep your orders tight. The kitchen always have food presented.

Went for sushi for a small birthday group. Service was great. It was a busy Saturday evening and the place was jumping. Enjoyed the food with a few exceptions; we didn't care much for the tacos as the product seemed old or was held too close to a heat source. The pork belly was great, and the Maki were a reasonable size, not the giant things that are hard to eat.Note that they have a full gluten-free menu as well, the tempura was great when hot but lost some texture as it cooled, be sure to eat it when it arrives hot and order a few at a time. It was great for our group as everything at the table was gluten-free, not just 2-3 dishes.
