My hubby and I closed two properties at once with Kim's help few months back. Compared to our mortgage experiences few years ago, banks were already tougher and had tighter rules, even before the new stress rules and interest rate increase officially in place.We're so glad that we had Kim on our back. She was amazing and worked very hard to get the best rate for us. She was always available by email or phone whenever we needed her and always pleasant to communicate with.
