I found Constant Exteriors when I made a post on our Community page enquiring about Eavestrough installers. Someone recommended I call this company and so I did and requested a quote for services. I was impressed with the quote and professional timely response from Erin. Miles came out and did an excellent job! He was not in a rush and made sure the job was done to perfection! I had my roof and siding completed through Constant Exteriors. WiTh both jobs there were issues after, on the roof he did come and eventually rectify the issue, which involved having the siding replaced. We had a lot of issues with water getting into our home and weren’t sure where it was getting in. On the three year anniversary of the siding replacement again we had water coming into our bedroom. I contacted the owner who said he would be out the following week to have a look. To me after only three years everything should still be okay. He never arrived and again I emailed and he just asked where the leak was, the back of the house!!! He never did any work on the back of the house!! After my third and final email, of course I didn’t get a reply!! I am frustrated by the lack of customer service after the job is completed. It seems the job is now to small to come back to but I am still left with having to find someone to rectify my issue. Great sell to get the job but now nothing!!

Very professional. Asked questions throughout the installation of our eavestrough and made sure everything was where we wanted and what we wanted! Cleaned up nicely, and left us with the extra pieces in case anything gets damaged and we need to replace a piece. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!!
