I went there yesterday with my wife and this place is fantastic. She expected and in and out and it was the most thorough and complete travel vaccination process we have every gone to. It was very reasonable as well.

Booked a tele-consult from someone in Vancouver through the Victoria office (rude receptionist) to get some simple anti-malarials for my family but they couldn't even get that right. They would not recommend obvious, safe choice of medicines but only wanted to prescribe bad ones with serious side effects. Ended up not getting what I needed. They also gave inaccurate information about the diseases in the place I was going, saying there was ZIKA VIRUS there when there had never even been a single case of Zika there ever. Pretty pathetic. Will never use again.

Staff was friendly but the doctor couldn't care less about my inquiriesVery expensive place go to a different travel clinicThey don't give you the vaccines you need, only the vaccines they want, and say they don't want you to be over vaccinated?For rabies, they said Do not pet any dogs" really? i could get rabies from a squirrel if that was the case!Seriously the Doctor was quite disappointing and I needed to go to a second clinic afterwards"

We had a GREAT experience! They were very helpful with my kids and excellent at distracting them. Highly recommend this clinic for travel.

High pressure sales to give a vaccine, lot's of information and overwhelming. The nurse was rushing us and wasn't reassuring when I told her I get stressed about needles. Would not recommend.

I had an appointment with them a few days ago, here is the good, bad, and the picky:Good:-Extremely knowledgeable, they know what you need, and don't beat around the bush.- Wait time was relatively low, less than 10 mins for a pre-booked appointment.Bad:- They rush you through the appointment. Threw a lot of information at me and did not leave much time for me to ask questions, or clarify information. It's in the handout" was a common answer. Wouldn't even let me borrow a pen to write things down.-Travel doctor didn't even introduce themselves

The receptionist I spoke with when booking over the phone was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. She got me two appointments within the same week! Likewise, the RN who did my test for me today was personable and informative. Was in an out in 5 minutes. Awesome.

I called them to book a vaccination appointment as I have had a consult elsewhere and know which OPTIONAL vaccines I would like to get. I was told by the lady answering the phone that I could not get a vaccination without booking for a consult. When I explained I already had one - with a print out she confirmed they would not see me without me paying them for a new consult. That this how they have done business for the last 20 years.What terrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere for my multiple straightforward optional travel vaccines.

The receptionist and nurse practitioner were helpful in advising me on how to do a two-step tb skin test. They were also very accommodating with my schedule to ensure I could receive the tests in a timely manner. The facilities looked good too.

I saw them extremely last minute and they were able to give me the shots I needed for my trip the same day. Everyone was super friendly as well :)
