Cleanest location in Richmond.Wonderful place to be treated with respect for the all Chinese community.Great customer service team and management respects customers.Wish the other one at Ironwood Plaza would have the high standards as this location has. But that store is to close soon from all the problems with it.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service from Angela from the bakery, and Richard store manager of this Terra Nova location!Background: I work as a coordinator for a large regulatory agency nearby.. event planning is what I do on a regular, if not daily basis. This time, I was planning for a retirement party - needed cake, gift card, decorations and flowers. Seems easy… until I realized that I needed these things before noon, as the party starts at noon. Other bakeries / florists either did not respond, or do not deliver before noon. When I reached out to TN Save on’s bakery, Angela picked up the call, and was super chipper and helpful - such a breath of fresh air from all the other disappointing interactions I had with other bakeries earlier that day! She went above and beyond by making sure that all my questions were answered, and even encouraged me to purchase the flowers and other goods I needed at the location - one-stop shop!Of course, cake turned out perfect, everything else also went according to plan - everyone at the party was happy!Just now, Richard, the store manager, even reached out to introduce himself and showed appreciation for our interaction. This is, without a doubt, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 would recommend! :)

As the name suggests, this is a store that it is not uncommon to save on a wide variety of foods including but not limited to: grapes, Kit-Kat, frozen spring rolls, large pot, and forks

Wonderful renovations and friendly staff at Terra Nova! Shout out to the meat and dairy departments as they were very neat and tidy with excellent customer service.

I usually like shopping at Save-On, the employees are great with the exception of the meat manager, who is rude and condescending. I bought the pork back ribs for $4.99, I saw that it was on sale at Walmart for $3.97. I priced matched it with the meat manager who argued that it was only a 3 cent difference, I explained that it was actually almost a dollar difference. Later that night my husband was preparing the ribs, and noticed one of the packages was not vacuumed sealed, piercing the packaging he noticed a fowl odor. The next day I called customer service and they informed me without a receipt I could exchange the product for a new one. I brought it in to the store and was informed I would have to speak to the manager again, he came out and immediately reminded me I was the one who price matched and he seemed he felt quite put out about me wanting to trade in the spoiled meat for a new one. He then reluctantly gave me a new one without a smile and a smaller one then I had before. I asked if he could dispose of it, he laughed without humor and said yes I guess I could do that." This whole experience seemed condescending and extortionary unfriendly."

Came in at 8:30 on a Thursday morning to return some items. The store was quiet and the staff were busy stocking shelves. I hung out by the Customer Service desk for a minute before the lady on the till beside noticed and came over to help me. There was no problems with my return, and it was done quickly and professionally. Like most Save Ons, this one was clean and laid out nicely.

I shop here once a week. Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Bolthouse juices. Cashiers very friendly. Come visit on way to Richmond Dyke trails!!!!
