I’ve dealt with Hagen Surveys on multiple projects throughout the years and it has always been a pleasant and professional experience

We have used Hagen several different times. They have very nice people employed that are wonderful to work with, they are very responsive to requests, very professional. We have had great experiences with them & highly recommend!

They came out super fast. Super professional and friendly. They did not ask for a credit card or send an invoice before doing the work. I am very impressed.

Absolutely insane driving on highway 2 and the Henday, going 20 under and then 30 over weaving in and out of traffic. I hope you guys survey better than you drive.

Called about getting an RPR done on my house and was quoted $670. I was warned about a cancellation fee but figured this wouldn't be an issue. My realtor found another quote for $550 (which could get done the next day) so I called Hagen back less than an hour later to cancel. I was charged $67 +tax for whatever work they said they did. Poor bussiness practice Hagen, my realtor nor myself will be sending any business your way.

Had never gotten a real property report before. They walked me through what I needed to get done and even helped me with instructions on what to do with it after it was finished in order to get it approved by the City.Very nice staff, fair price, work was done very quickly and they did the little extra to make sure I got what I needed even after I was done with their part.Highly reccomended.

Shout out to Nick at Hagen Surveys. Great first impression, knowledgeable, and lightening speed response time. Looking forward to working with Hagen more in the future!

not accurate, easily misled. we live in older home downtown and instead of using original survey monuments they used new city stakes from aerial mapping that shifts over a foot north - but that is not original survey, just a reference relative to original survey. I overheard neighbour promising more money if they shifted the property line in their favour - so they did.I carefully physically measured (twice) from original monument & found Hagen shifted fence line about 5.5 into our property. They also misused another survey marker from across backlane - which is offset by a foot as clearly shown by fences. Their reply sounds good but their survey still adds a fake 1" to each property that accumulates and so their survey fails factual physical measurement - which they are challenged to redo at their own cost. Plan Q Block 4 Lots 22-23 boundary Edmonton."

Horrible experience ! Was asked to sign billing information before any work was to start . Then Glendon wanted me to take my old RPR and sketch in my new house location! Thats what was returen to me but on Hagen stampeded plot plan ! And if you don't pay want then want you'll be threatened with liens ! STAY FAR AWAY !
