Does anyone know if this place is open and if they do boot repair? I've been trying for weeks to reach them before I drive 45 minutes in to have a pair of boots repaired. They don't answer their phone, they don't have a website and their fax machine doesn't work

Great little western store, lower your standards a bit and you won’t be disappointed. It’s seems a little cluttered and messy inside but the owner is nice and loves to have a yarn.Just your usual gear, wrangler jeans and shirts, couple brands of boots scattered across the floor and wall, there’s a Montana silversmiths cabinet towards the front as well.Great alternative to other western stores, support your local next time you need a pair of jeans.

My experience with (an attempt at) getting my leather boots repaired here was disappointing. I made the mistake of telling Costa “no rush” when I dropped them off at the beginning of the summer. After two months of not hearing anything, I decided to drop in for an update. My poor boots were untouched and just part of a pile in a very messy area of the store near the room where he does the repairs. He assured me he would have them done in two days and would give me a call. That did not happen… I decided to give him a week to get ahold of me, and after hearing nothing, I went back yet again for an update. Well, this time there was a sign on the door that the store would be closed for the next two weeks. I came back a couple of days after I knew he would be open again and just asked for my boots back… he told me he could have them done for me later that afternoon, but at that point I was too irritated to give him another chance. Of course, this is just my personal experience but I felt it was important to share just so others could have a heads up. God bless.

My friend did such a good job on the last pair I brought him that I decided to give him more of my business.
