Dr. Constance is very friendly, honest, and warm. My daughter felt so comfortable all through the eye examination as she engaged with her using child-friendly assessment techniques. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Constance and would definitely go back again.

Very happy with our visit. Dr. Odiase was friendly and kind and was really good with our daughter. The receptionist who helped us was also very nice. Good selection of glasses and the turn around time in receiving them was good. Great experience overall and will definitely be returning.

Dr. Odiase is an incredible person and optometrist. She is a genuinely caring, warm-hearted optometrist who is extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. She and her assistant Mary-Ellen are a spot of sunshine. As a patient with more specialized needs (I'm a neuro-opthalmology patient downtown), I truly appreciate Dr. Odiase's level of care, concern and thoroughness as her high level of expertise has really served my vision and overall eye health. The staff, including DR Constance are very friendly. They really put service first, and provide more value than any other eyeglass store in Whitby.They provide service on broken frames for no charge in minutes, and make sure you only buy the most flattering pair of glasses for your face. I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Odiase. I had some anxiety about the appointment but she was personable, she took the time to speak with me about all my eye issues and made me feel at ease. I’m super happy I found her and I encourage you to see this doctor. Amazing experience!!!

Refused to provide a PD measurement with eye examination without purchasing goods from shop. Claimed a charge of $40, but was not on posted price list of uninsured services. They would not do me the courtesy of a simple measurement after a full examination. I'm sorry I don't want to buy frames or lenses, I came to you for your precision and accuracy.

Dr. Odiase has been my family’s go to optometrist for years! She’s very friendly and professional. Also her staff, especially Mary-Ellen, are very kind and always willing to help with glasses purchases and resolving warranty issues with the manufacturer.

Went to see Dr Odiase based on my wife’s recommendations, who thought that Dr Constance Odiase was the best thing since sliced bread. Well, she is, with marmalade on top. She and her staff are such wonderful people first, and of course, professionals.The fees are very cost effective and fair, her prognosis is spot on and honest, her ways are both reassuring and confidence generating. I had thought I was losing my long distance capability but she explained it was only a slight degeneration in one eye due to “getting wiser” (her polite way of saying older). She did a bunch of tests and was very thorough. She has all the machinery and tech and she takes her time to talk to you and explain things in a way you understand. Clarity. Something every eye doc should have as second nature.I didn’t get any glasses from her place because she said I only needed readers which I could get anywhere. Including the dollar store. There was no sales push, no fancy marketing ploy. Having said that, they have a decent collection of frames and styles and I’m sure the exceptionally good staff would be more than happy to help with the optics.In today’s world of customer service first before God and Country, Dr Constance has had the 20/20 vision (pun unintended) to have acquired a great team front office. These ladies rock.Overall. Recommend with eyes wide open!
