Worst car sales experience I’ve ever had in 20 years. Purchased a 2010 Hyundai Veracruz off these guys December 20th by December 31 it had left my family and I stranded. The people they hired to oil spray the car sprayed the alternator leaving it useless with a dead battery. They promised to pay me back since I had less than 150km on the car since purchase from them. I never received the money. Owners were dodging my calls and even went as far to say they are sick with covid at the moment. They ended up fixing two problems which occurred again after I fixed the alternator, this time it was a leaky rad and bad starter. Both of which was told me it was gonna be used part and didn’t provide me even with receipt like I asked. One problem was fixed under warranty. I still have yet to receive a cheque for the money they promised for the alternator and battery job.Stay far away from this dealership they are nothing but shady crooks who sell junk cars.They will not even own up to mistake just tell you it’s used car should’ve bought ridiculous warranty for one year at $1600!!! With a 500$ limit per visit to mechanic. Ridiculous. Stay away buyer beware!!!

Bought a Nissan Titan, certified. has a minor exhaust leak at the manifold, was told the complete manifold was going to be replaced, whomever they took it to simply gooped it up and slapped it back together, within the 36 days of the valid safety more issues were discovered:Tie rod end close to falling apartrear axle seal pukingNo daytime running lightshole in mufflerillegal wheel spacersParking brake doesn't work at all......and that's only there safety related issues.Tried to text and call, but was blatantly ignored and ghosted. As of next week it will be in the hands of the lawyers and the Ontario College of Trades, and OMVIC. Do NOT give these people your money.If I could give zero stars I would.

Sold us a car in HORRENDOUS CONDITION that appeared to be low km (91,000km) and great condition, boy were we mislead. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this business!

Be careful everyone. Those guys either are not honest or they don’t know what they’re doing.
