I took private yoga lessons with Brandi as my schedule did not allow me to attend her regularly scheduled classes. I loved Brandi's attention to detail and making sure each pose was done safely and correctly. Brandi is a well rounded Yoga Instructor and a wonderful teacher and practitioner of Reiki. Her blend of the healing arts and yoga make for a truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend to people of all ages and skill levels.

I took Brandi's chair yoga due to my limited mobility with a frozen shoulder issue. I absolutely love the support of the chair in yoga, it gave me confidence and allowed me to feel stable achieving the poses and the benefits that yoga offers. Brandi 's calm yet confident energy and her gentle way of nudging and encouraging me to push myself is what I needed. I now attend 3-4 classes a week and love how my body and my mind has transformed. Brandi also does Reiki Energy Healing and I'm fortunate to experience treatments from her regularly. Between the Reiki and yoga my shoulder is now 95% better and I truly can't say enough how much I love and appreciate coming to Brandi's classes and treatments.

Brandi is an excellent Yoga instructor. For someone who is new to Yoga she takes the time to show good form while emphasizing proper breathing techniques. Her passion for not only Yoga but teaching as a whole shines through in every class. I would highly recommend taking a class with Brandi!!!

Brandi is a brilliant instructor her warm positive energy makes everyone feel welcomed. I have to admit I was very skeptical to try a Reiki treatment but after my first treatment I was hooked. It was relaxing and energizing treatment all in one. I would highly recommend regular yoga practice mixed with Reiki treatments to anyone!
