Dawn has been absolutely incredible. Beautiful and professional location, and her prenatal massages have been out of this world. She's always so attentive to areas that need focus. Dawn is very warm and welcoming, and makes you feel at ease.

Amy is one of the best massage therapists I know. She is professional and skillful. She helped me relax and re-energize through every massage session. She is also kind, upbeat, friendly, funny and remarkably charming, you can instantly feel the positive energy around her when you see her. I will definitely miss seeing her bi-weekly after she relocates to BC in June; however, I am certain that she will have a wonderful time and building a successful business in BC. All the best, Amy!

Easy to book online and massage appointment was confirmed quickly. The clinic is professional and inviting. My massage therapist was excellent - I have stubborn back pain and she used appropriate pressure, checking in along the way. I left feeling a whole lot better. I will definitely be booking again - I have found my massage therapist for life!

The clinic is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. My first visit was an emergency appointment. My back was in so much pain I couldn't lay down on the table which made the task a lot more difficult but Dawn made me comfortable in a sitting position. At a time when I felt so desperate and vulnerable at my wits end in pain, Dawn was most helpful and supportive. She gave me confidence that I would be pain free again soon, and she was right! She is a miracle worker!!! That evening I felt everything loosening up and by the next day I was good as new. Windermere Therapeutic Massage and Welness is like GOLD to me!

Amazing!! Sher is doing wonders for my problem shoulder. Try Active Release, totally worth it! She has fabulous personality and is always accommodating when I need a appointment. I would recommend all my family and friends to go see her.

I’ve been seeing Dawn for deep tissue massages for several years now and I’m so glad I found a massage therapist that is dedicated to the craft, empathetic, and accommodating. Her studio is also very clean and cozy. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and restored!

Dawn is great! Deep tissue massage is just what the doctor ordered after being cooped up for so long! I've been a couple times and I definitely need to make it a more routine occurence! Clean place, very friendly and professional, and great pressure! Definitely feel worked over pretty well every time!
