My experience with FurnishPlus was amazing. I was looking for a Cloud like sofa with the high quality and reasonable pricing. First I saw their advertising on Instagram and then decided to visit their showroom in Vancouver. The sale agent at their showroom answered all my questions and concerns. They provided me all fabric options and all possible combinations.After three weeks of living with our new Serena sofa, I am pretty darn smitten. I love how the couch is comfy and the delivery was very smooth. The delivery company contacted us a day before the delivery to set the time with us. Just wow!

I ordered a Eames Lounge Chair replica.Not being able to try it, I had to base myself of websites and reviews.Well, I did a great thing.This chair I purchased is simply fantastic.I spent a bit of time on the website and was able to chat with someone on staff.The service was impeccable, the shipping was quick and efficient.The Chair itself was fully assembled and in pristine condition. After reading several reviews and doing a ton of research on where to get the best replica Eames lounge chair and ottoman I decided to order from furnish plus. Their customer service was incredible and very responsive. It's tough to buy furniture online especially when you can't feel or sit in it. Jimmy sent several photos and videos of the chair and answered all my questions.When the chair arrived it was packaged very well, every piece was protected and wrapped carefully. The chair comes fully assembled, which is wonderful but it means the box is very large and would not fit through our front door. We had to open the box in our driveway and carefully bring it inside. Make sure you read the instructions on how to handle the chair as you shouldn't put pressure on the arm rests.The chair itself far exceeded our expectations. It feels very luxurious, the leather is buttery soft and despite the fact I read some reviews that the foam was stiff I didn't experience that. The chair envelops you and is extremely comfortable, there is no need for it to be worked in". Everything is made extremely well and honours the original design beautifully. The only detail that reveals it's a replica are the silver screws under the armrest

We ordered the Børge Mogensen sofa and armchair in Aniline - White and Walnut Finish. Furnish Plus was upfront regarding expected shipping dates and the furniture arrived when they said it would. The furniture is comfortable and fits our modern style. The colours are as expected and we are very happy with the order!

Great experience ordering my lounge chair through Furnish Plus. They were quick to answer any questions I had. There was a slight delay due to the Black Friday rush, but they let me know right away and it arrived right on schedule. The chair itself is beautiful and one of the better reproductions I've found.

Super nice staff, I visited their office yesterday in downtown Vancouver and they were making an effort to pick the chairs for me at their warehouse even though I know they’re crazy busy.I love the simple look and how light the chair is, but the rope is surprisingly robust, and the whole chair seats extremely sturdy. The only thing was that I wanted the counter stools as well but they must be pre-order, and will take quite some time.Thanks again for the great experience and I am looking forward to complete my home with more furniture from Furnish Plus.

I decided to purchase my Eames chair from Furnish Concept Plus based on articles I read on positive reviews on various websites. However, I could not decide on colour and leg colour. I called the office in Vancouver and talked to Al. He was very helpful in guiding me to a decision. It really helped me decide on the chair and he was trustworthy. I placed my order and I was kept up to date on my special order (I wanted chrome legs rather than black legs) during it's journey from the factory until it got to my house. It came fully assembled and the quality is fantastic. The leather is thick and sumptuous and the formed plywood body is excellent workmanship. I was originally hesitant to part with a relatively large sum of money on a chair that I was ordering from a website as you never know whom you are ultimately dealing with. My discussion with Al made me comfortable and now that I have my chair I can say this is a great company to deal with. Love my chair and will likely order more from Furnish Concept Plus in the near future.
