Brought my 2013 ford focus in due to transmission issues. They were able to change the PCM due to the current extended warranty with the DCT issues that a good number of the ford focus' and fiestas are facing. However, it turns out that my transmission had mechanical issues and basically needed to be rebuilt with new parts. I appreciated the honesty and transparency that Stuart was able to give me in regards to the problems and how much it would cost. I was also impressed with how fast the team was able to get my car back in such a great condition. It's all you want in a good shop!

They are fairly accommodating and they provide a good and efficient service; they certainly know what they are doing. The may not be the cheapest out there, but it is certainly worth the extra bucks if you do not have the luxury of time to have your truck grounded for days and weeks!
