Extremely thorough and excellent service. This company took care of me when another company had not shown up and thoroughly redid my fire suppression system.. Surge traveled to my location outside of the GTA and worked into the night fixing my fire system so i could open. I am thankful for this company and it is hard to find such thorough and reliable work like Surge anymore! I appreciate it, Thank You!

I was very impressed as I was looking for a company to install a sprinkler in my furnace room as requested by the city of Kitchener.Unlike everyone else I have reached out to, they responded promptly and they offered the most reasonable rate. They even went further to install 2 sprinkler heads instead of one considering I need 2.I am very pleased with their performance

Serge and Tim are wonderful guys to work with. Very affordable price honest and devoted.I went through many companies to get a quote for fire suppression system in my commercial kitchen but many of them were more expensive and didn't even bother to call back and I'm very glad they didn't.

Always late and do nothing when they are on site. I dealt with 2 men, Darren and Dillan. When Dillan was on the site he was either screaming at his helper Darren or mostly spent time in his van. Darren, that guy didn't know anything. He always looked lost and confused. Never knew what was happening. The owner didn't do anything to fix the problem. I tried to get ahold of him about the problem and when he finally answered his phone all he did was give me lame excuses. It's a pretty useless company if you ask me. On top of everything, when they finally got finished there was leaks on a lot of the joints. Really poor workmanship. Affordable fire protection?It's really not worth it to cheap out. Spend a little more money and hire a better company. I shoulda known these guys were cheap from the look of their work vehicles. All the vehicles are beat up and rusty. Nobody wears uniforms. Very unprofessional. Companies like this should not exist.This company is so low, I see there employee Darren left a comment on here saying the opposite of what I'm saying. Lol. You guys get your employees to write good reviews on here? Lol. Shameful.
