We had to update our Real Property Report so I contacted the name on the old one, WATT, and over the phone set up everything needed. They obtained the certificate of compliance from the city, so, it was all very convenient. The prices were explained beforehand and the person on the phone was on the ball and polite. We have e-copies of what we need ready to send to the lawyers.

I requested RPR from WATT Consulting Group. I contacted Meghan. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and responded very quickly. The price is very competitive to the other companies. They came to do the survey within their committed date. I got the RPR Compliance approved by the City of Calgary without problem. Thank you!

Had to update my RPR for selling my house. Everything was done by phone but I did want to go to the office to pick up the RPR because I do not have a color printer. Prices was reasonable and the job was done in a reasonable time. Yes I will use this company again for my next house sale.
