Better Print rocks. Tyler and his staff are professional and always friendly. Mostly though they do great work. We had a vehicle wrapped ... couldn't be happier! We did business cards, and then a whole raft of different promotional material, all without issue from the front office to design to completion. Cant get better than 100% ... but if you could I am confident Tyler would make it happen.

I had a terrible experience working with this company. I contacted them on November 29th 2022 about helping me apply for a sign permit and to hang a sign that was already made. They said they could help me and gave me a quote. Long story short, months later. Mid March. I haven’t heard from better print in multiple weeks. So I contact the permit office and they haven’t heard from them since early Feb. I emailed multipleTimes asking what was going on and never received a reply. No updates, nothing. Still, haven’t received a reply. I managed to sort the permits iout myself and had Fastsigns help me. They were great. Better print wasted months of my time and as a small business owner, time is money. I do not recommend better print

I work in retail and have used Better Print for my workplace on a number of occasions. They are the most wonderful, professional team I have come across! The team is quick to respond and get our orders ready and every time they come out beautifully. Cannot recommend this company enough! Well priced, timely, and so wonderful to deal with. Better Print will be our go to print shop without a doubt.

We have been using Better Print Victoria since opening our business 6 months ago and they have been great. Tyler and the team are always responsive and easy to get hold off. Better Print was a great company to deal with. They created lovely bookmarks for my family in memory of my husband. The design was terrific first time and they even gave a discount in sympathy. We've received compliments from people that we have shared the bookmarks with. The sales person, Sam, was friendly and professional. Their turnaround time on the design for review was quick as was their delivery. Quality was very good too. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a Director of Marketing on Vancouver for more than 30 years and have worked with many different signage companies throughout the years. I recently needed a Nissan van wrapped with full signage and contacted several of those I have long standing relationships with for quotes. I also stumbled across Better Print Victoria so I sent a message and asked for a quote from them.Better Print Victoria had the best price and gave me that price instantly, but I’m a loyalist and have been treated very well by my other suppliers throughout the years - so should I chance it and give Better Print Victoria a try?Truthfully, I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for my Better Print Victoria Account Manager Angeleena. Her service was fantastic! She was very attentive and communicated quickly responding to emails within minutes, not days. She was a pro providing excellence in customer service and I would hire her to represent any company I work with because great service isn’t all that common anymore and she was great!Then I had an emergency signage need, I contacted her again and received quick replies, we booked another job and she had the product ready for me overnight. Amazing.Then the Nissan went in for its wrap…and it looks awesome. I will continue to use Better Print Victoria over and over again as long as Angeleena continues to manage my account because she earned my business and Better Print Victoria deserves to keep my business as long as they keep Angeleena as my Account Manager.
