Had the pleasure of talking to Adam today! He is definitely making the process of looking for a car so much easier! He asked a couple of questions to get an idea of what I’m looking for, and I am picky and I have no idea what I want! He was patient and great to talk to! Sent me multiple options to narrow down the search and booked an appointment at a dealership to check out some cars! Hopefully this process ends with a new car in my driveway! 10/10 would recommend so far!

Eric was knowledgeable about vehicles& finances& offered helpful tips& opinions on the SUVs I was looking at, which helped solidify my choices. He set up test drives at local dealerships, which did take awhile but that was due to dealers, time difference and a long weekend, not due to VINN. I was able to text, email or call Eric and when he was unavailable, another VINN rep contacted me to see how things were progressing. Eric checked in regularly from my initial email, right through to signing the paperwork. VINN was respectful of my desired level of engagement and my work schedule- I felt supported but not pressured. The used market is hot right now, and I'm glad I didn't have to navigate it on my own- having VINN set up test drives and appointments really helped! Thanks Eric!
