There was an incident where an employee had a seizure and I was sitting in the “reserved” spot for 40+ minutes without them letting anybody know. This was after their open hours in the restaurant so I was just stuck outside waiting not knowing what was going on. Nobody said anything and they left their drive thru open as well, so it just kept getting busier and busier. I have worked at restaurants and fast paced environments at every job I’ve worked at and to think that a manager KNEW that their employee had a seizure and left everything the same and just made everyone wait an hour for anything without any action is messed up. That manager needs to be fired respectfully.

We visit here often as it's our local McDonald's. We always do drive through. Rarely do we get our order at the window. Almost always have to pull forward and wait. It's far from perfect. My wife stop placing any order more complicated than a happy meal as it was always wrong. One day she got an open half eaten bag of apples in her meal. We got a new bag and an apology. She recently found she likes the Jr chiken. I ordered her 2 with tomato and onion. It was bad enough they charged 40 cent for tomato per sandwich but today would seem they raised the price to 50 cents. Fare enough things are getting expensive. Take a look at this photo of her Jr chiken and you tell me. Is it the cost of ingredients going up or the crazy amount this store is waisting. There is something wrong over at this place. It's mismanaged severely.UPDATE: Today 10 months after my original review I drove out of their drive-through lineup as they told me they no longer make gravy after 11 PM so now I cannot mask the horrible taste of their bad French fries and I now drive across town to a different McDonald's in my same city that is 10 minutes further away.

I usually use the drive-thru when I come here, but today it was packed, all the way to the road. Counter staff was super friendly and my order was perfect. I may forgo the drive thru from now on. It was a very pleasant experience

The lowest common denominator of fast food restaurants. I have had multiple issues with this particular restaurant since they opened. My order has been filled incorrectly on dozens of occasions, probably close to half the time. Their management staff are rude and do not care. I ordered at the drive thru, and was told to pull over. I waited HALF AN HOUR for my food!

Mc. Disapointment, after purchasing a $6 mcflurry(Which you can go buy a tub of icecream instead, i recommend) I was handed a half-full cup. After going in and asking to get a new one because this was clearly a gross representation of what you get, I was served the same result. Staff issue or franchisee being cheap, do anything and everything in your power to avoid this location, and big chains all together. GO LOCAL IF YOU CAN! This is corperate theft at its best..

the fact i had an accident in their parkinglot and was all stressed, and because we were in their reserved parking spot because that’s where it happened.. they come out to ask if we can move our car.. not even asking if everything is ok. that’s just messed up in my opinion. sorry someone hit me in your parking lot i can’t move an accident scene but great customer service!!!

After waiting 15 minutes for 2 bagel BLTs I got them over loaded with mayonnaise. So messy and gross. Everytime I come to this location it's something else. At this point I will drive further away to a different McDonald's than waste my money and time here again.

I recently visited McDonald's, and I was impressed with the quality of service and cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my needs were met.The menu has all the classic McDonald's items I know and love, including burgers, fries, and drinks. The food was fresh and delicious, and my order was prepared quickly.The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options available. Whether in a hurry or wanting to sit down and enjoy your meal, this McDonald's location has something for everyone.Overall, I highly recommend visiting this McDonald's location. The service is excellent, the fresh and delicious food, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's the perfect spot for a quick meal or a casual gathering with friends and family.

Placed a mobile order and picked up through drive-thru, first window confirmed payment, second window provided me with the wrong person's meal and drink. Returned items before even driving away, they told me payment never went through, person infront of me also was argued with over payment. Had to repay to get my order even though both the app and bank confirmed transaction, after repayment and recieving my food, went home and found that I was refunded my mobile order at least so was in fact only charged once but also was missing part of our order including sauces and yogurts. Called and spoke with Kayla (management) as she at least claimed. Regardless she was audibly unimpressed and quite rude, said she'll be sure to inform the rest of the staff that next time if they are out of product to inform the customers of it". I explained I paid for these items and she told me "well technically you didn't because they are included in the price" like what in the world? What kind of response is that
