Can I shop around and save a few bucks? Maybe?!? But it's been 15 years and I still get the best customer service with Fran and the Middlesex staff. Doesn't get any better 100% Customer Satisfaction!

I had a policy for two years. When it came time to update the policy (change of address), my agent was unresponsive and wouldn't return my calls or emails that I sent over the span of over a month, so I ultimately ended up cancelling the policy outright and going elsewhere. Middlesex Mutual confirmed receipt of my notice of policy cancellation, and then proceeded to continue to use my prior pre-authorization payment form to charge me monthly premiums for a policy that's not even in effect. Still awaiting resolution but cannot recommend strongly enough that you go elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Great company when they are selling you the policy. And then they don't care, even after over a decade of payments.I have moved on to a better company . Much More competitive rates that include even more coverage than these people.

I have been with Middlesex Mutual now for over 2 years and their service is exceptional.I was mainly dealing with Jim who is very responsive and accommodating. The quote I got from him was very competitive and when I needed to sign documents he came by at my workplace so I don't have to spend time driving to their office.Any time I needed changes to my policy I get a reply within a few hours.It is very pleasant to work with Middlesex Mutual, they stands out compared to all my other insurance providers I had.
