This place and these people know exactly what they're doing! They ended up fixing and replacing a rear tire and tube for me on my mantis scooter, not to mention they ended up fixing mistakes of other shopAlso the alignment for me that they spotted that I would have never even seen!So they go above and beyond and care for their customers safety! And they know just what it takes to succeed properly!They've instilled my confidence again and this is where I'll be going for all of my future needs for my peace! I was shopping online for an e-bike amongst the Halifax retailers, and I chose the eBike Centre because they had great quality bikes from Canadian companies, a variety of models, and at a price that didn't break the bank. I received great service from the associate who was patient with all my questions and let me test ride a few of the bikes before I settled on one I liked. After purchase another associate gave me a full run-down on care and maintenance of the eBike and how it is different from a regular bike.I have been riding my bike across the bridge and back for work and the hills are so much easier! It takes me even less time than in my car (I live downtown Dartmouth area) so great for those short commutes! I definiitely recommend getting an eBike, especially from these folks.

Had a huge problem. I purchased my e-bike at a different store who promptly went out of business 23 days later. My bike was falling apaprt...I was screwed. Not only did the eBike centre help me their service was fast, they were flexible with my schedule, knowledgeable and fixed a fairly serious problem....all for less than $100. I'll get my next bike there without a doubt.

Purchased my bike here earlier this year. They helped me choose the right one and provided all the paperwork I needed for the rebate program. Today I dropped by and was able to get quick service and pick up a few things that I needed. They installed the mirror that I bought today and I was able to get back to biking!

Excellent service! The staff is amazing. They answered all my questions I had before purchasing my e-bike and once purchased at the end of the day just before closing they took the time to adjust the bike to fit me. I would highly recommend this shop if your looking for an e bike. Thanks Again!

Big ol' 5 star review for the eBike Centre. Norman and his team are absolute professionals and their customer service is fantastic. Ordered an eBike for my workplace and upon arrival at the store I got a full demo and instructional from Norman. Noticing a tiny defect, Norman took the bike back into his shop and immediately made the necessary adjustments. Later that evening he personally delivered the bike to my home. Wow, thanks eBike Centre!

I purchased an Emmo VGO Pro e-bike here in May of this year. It all started with a phone call and has been life changing for me. From start to finish Aaron was very knowledgeable and very helpful with everything from ordering my new e-bike, to questions about it's use, it's maintenance and battery management. Even after purchasing, I can call, email or stop by anytime with any and all questions and have always received a kind and helpful reply. I love that my e-bike is made right here in Canada, and is exactly what I wanted and needed. I have MS and experience leg pain and weakness with exertion. With this bike, I can use it like a traditional bicycle, or I can use one of five levels of pedal assist (it feels like someone is pushing the bike) or, when my legs start to ache, I can use the thumb throttle only and let my legs rest. It has been a real game changer for me and has given me a great sense of freedom that I have not experienced before. Owning an e-bike is a life changing experience. A gift to yourself that just keeps on giving. If you are considering purchasing an e-bike, this company is by far your best choice.

The Centre does not have time to or know how to add an electric assist to a trike. They would rather wait until winter to experiment as a separate project. That ability is currently unavailable. It is spring and I've called summer and fall, trikes and disabled lose again.

I stopped into Marine Star eBike Centre today to ask a question about a small eBike part replacement. The staff were amazingly helpful, they went out of their way to find the part for me. The whole experience reminded me of why I purchased my EMMO F7 folding eBike last year from the eBike Centre. My decision to purchase from the eBike Centre took a long time, more than six months, and today it proved to be the best purchase decision!Sorry I didn’t commit the staff names to memory, one was at reception and the other services the bikes. Both were very friendly and professional !!!
