The employee that attended to tow my car was so polite and calming as I was having a meltdown. I would highly recommend Carrolls Towing to everyone and forbid I need a towing company in the future, however, if I do it will definitely be Carroll's.

Absolutely stellar people. The girl I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and the guy who picked up my car was just an amazing dude. If I ever need any towing service again I’m not looking anywhere else, thank you guys so much!

The bad experience I had with this was not related to customer service however a driver of this towing had parked In my parking space which I pay for at my apartment. I had asked them to move as this space belonged to me and they were nothing but horrible saying very nasty things to me . I then asked them to move and when they went to back up they nearly crashed into the front of my car . After parking my car the driver drove off and gave me the middle finger in the process

Jamie arrived sooner than expected and he was pleasant and helpful. He loaded our car with careful expertise and managed to get up our icy hilly road! Honey was so friendly and patient. We were very happy with the excellent service provided by everyone.

We were squished between a middle median and a transport on the 401. We lost our front drivers side tire and was stuck in the fast lane. The vehicles for some reason did not slow down, and were passing us within inches. It was one of the worst spots for a recovery. The service we received was impeccable. Our driver was very thoughtful and got us off the highway as quick as possible. Even after when we found issues with insurance, they worked with us and helped us again. I am extremely grateful to everyone involved. (Except the transport)Thank you so much for your help

We got stranded by CAA because they didn't have their tow trucks out last night and when I called another tow agency they didn't have any availability but Carroll's did right away. They said they could come. They could help us out and they came so quickly. We were able to get the car out and the truck driver was so nice. Thank you so much for coming out on Christmas. Merry Christmas! I will recommend you to everyone
