I love Mr.Pretzels and get their pretzels all the time but this time around the pretzels tasted not even near what it used to. It tasted and felt like bread crusts with sauce drizzled on top. While one of the girls were drizzling sauce on my pretzel (which wasn’t very even and missed a lot of surface area because she was holding it in the bag while drizzling it on instead of setting down to drizzle on evenly), the other girl took out a fresh batch of pretzels from the oven that looked close to burnt. Not sure if they were all trainees but this location really has gone downhill.

Arrived there and was never greeted. 2 young women were discussing amongst themselves while the young man, Preston was preparing an order for the previous customers. I said “hi” to the 2 ladies but I was completely ignored, Preston noticed and said “we will be right with you”. I appreciate the acknowledgment Preston gave me. I asked for the young man’s name to share my review and hopefully his customer service gets noticed by the managers.

Today in morning I bought my son one sugar cinnamon pretzel my son can not talk I had little bit oh test li dish soap and bitter taste I went to the works to let her know she said it my it be breaking soda oh test so bad don't eat from them they are not professional

Inconsistent quality. Last time on July 02 2023 I was also double charged, and despite being assured by the older fellow at the time that the erroneous charge was cancelled, that didn't really happen. Now have to spend time with visa to resolve the double charge - - obviously not very happy about that.

Been getting pretzels here every time I'm in the mall since they opened, they're delicious.Today I learnt that the staff don't earn their own tips and tips go to the owner instead. How greedy! Super unimpressed, not cool.

My wife and I almost always have to get one of these when we come to Market Mall. We just love them, yummmm! They are located close to the south entrance close to the Apple store. We usually just get the salted but occasionally I indulge my sweet tooth and get one of the sweet ones.

The pretzel gets skinner every time we come. Eventually it will be the size of a toothpick. Please do not bake the pretzel if it was not rolled correctly.

Stopped by this morning (Wednesday) and was shocked to see that there was only one person working while it was so busy. She was great though and my kids loved her, even came back a second time to thank her again on our way out but her shift must have been over. Great pretzels but even better customer service!Giving 5 stars to that one girl with the head scarf! You rock!

Delicious snack. Expect your fingers to get sticky but then you can just enter one of the clothing shops and pretend to feel the fabric.
