SCAM ALERT. This place advertises its $24 for 24 hours" sign everywhere (no fine print)

We drove 40 mins to come here as website says $12 weekends. Instead we had to pay $30 for the 3 hours we were there. They are always changing the price with no notice. The guy wasn’t of any help as he said it’s for an event, but when I told him we weren’t there for the event all he said is “it doesn’t matter”. Never coming again. It’s a scam. They need to let us know on the website of any price changes cause if I knew it was 30$ I wouldn’t have bothered wasting gas to drive. The securities at the front usher you to drive in and then it’s too late to turn around.

I would award -5 stars if I could. This company practices negative billing, unacceptable customer service and fails to execute with flying colours in every aspect.Support staff has language barriers which makes clear communication and action almost impossible. Support staff are not thorough and make multiple mistakes when registering parking permits. Department managers are bullying, childish and unprofessional. They hang up on you continuously or move you to hold without any follow-up. They practice discriminatory employment practices with their parking lots embedded in the hospital. They fail to take any accountability even at the leadership level. I had a parking dept manager (Patrick Clarke) cancel my account mid day during a work day because of a payment error made on their behalf that they did not flag for three months. When we tried to follow up, he cancelled my account without informing anyone. In 10 years, I have never witnessed such a lack of support and good customer service re: a hospital employee working for patient care. This company is by far - hands down - thee worst. Do not sacrifice your integrity and dignity in the face negative billing, bullying or poor customer service.

Price is advertised as 12 dollars for 12 hours (with no fine prints), but ended up charging us for 24 for the hour we parked there.

WOULD GIVE THIS -5 STARS IF I COULDthis company is a SCAM. Charged me $24 when I should’ve paid $12 for parking for 4 hours on a Saturday night. Called the company to get a refund for the extra $12 they charged me - got transferred to a voicemail box 4 separate times. Once I got a hold of a ‘manager’ I was told to email my receipt and it would be handled. Followed up to that email twice with no response.Now, I’m extremely annoyed so I called my bank to file a claim and will be getting my money back. Crazy how companies like this can play around with people and their money. NEVER parking with them again.

THE SIGNS DISPLAYED OUTSIDE ARE MISLEADING.WAS CHARGED DOULBLE THE AMOUNT ($24 INSTEAD $12) FOR LESS DESIGNATED HOURS ON WEEKEND. NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE. PRECISE PARKLINK IS A CHEATING COMPANY.

Great location for Scotiabank Centre but it took forever to exit

Can all the people who have had issues with getting tickets while you are a monthly pass customer come together please and maybe we can take them to court for all the headaches they have caused...honestly they are the worst company and they need to be stopped...I am a monthly pass customer and just because I didn’t have the pass displayed on my dash they issued me tickets and they won’t void them...(not to mention I have Been a customer for over 2 years) I say everyone needs to come together and take them to court and take this to the media...scam artists they need to be stopped and pay for their actions!!!

Horrible experience. Parked here on the night of November 11th, advertised as $24 parked, checked into Airbnb, the next day when we try to leave the parking lot they said our bill was 54 dollars. $30 for the “event” parking (there was no event at the acc) then a EXTRA $24 dollars for the 20 hours we were in the spot.

It clearly stated outside on the huge sign that parking was $10, I had to get my phone which was found inside the union station, I took 13 min to get back and it stated it would cost $10 and they charged me $15 for a place I parked for less then 15 min, it clearly stated $10 outside
