Best place to bring my cat out to chill on a hot summer days. Theres a shade with trees on the side which can cool them down while the adults play on the ground nearby. Well kept and plenty of picnic benches and shady area too. Fave spot at high park

Incredibly muddy and wet and no signs informing anyone of reservation times. This particular site was blocked off because of flooding and almost impossible to get to, yet they were still assigning reservations to people here. If so anyone has any sort of accessibility needs, this place is completely off limits.

High park is a beautiful place to go if you want to get away from the city without leaving the city. There is a lot of wildlife to see; birds, turtles, beavers and more. There are a lot of trails to walk, easy paved ones and trails that go through the woods. I find new pictures to take everytime I go there, there are beautiful gardens there! During the week you are able to park inside the park, just remember to drive slow, there are lots of kids, cyclists and dogs around. On the weekend the park is car free, so I would plan to use transit to get there. There is street parking, but it does get busy pretty early, so parking can be hard.
