Got my first ball today with the help of Sly! Was a great experience from beginning to the end. I initially sent them a dm on instagram @900proshop when they were closed and they were really helpful and responsive. When I got to the store the next day Sly took the time to tell me the options I had and even gave me some bowling tips at the end. I’ll be back again, I see why the reviews for here are so good :)

This place ia amazing for your bowling needs. Very professional and have all the patience in the world. I will not go to any other place for my bowling needs. Yes i notice the smell in the place too but they are drilling holes into bowling balls of course there is going to be a smell in the air. For you people who complained about the smell, i would like to see you 10 pin bowlProperly with no holes in the ball. KeepUp the great work Sly and Karman I was very happy with your service tonight.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently got into bowling and was looking to get a new ball and shoes. Sly was helping me and he was amazing. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Due to being new to bowling I had a lot of questions regarding what ball would best suit someone like me. He was very patient and answered every question I had. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to improve my throw, what to expect when I throw my new ball compared to throwing the in house balls and how to properly place my fingers on the new ball. I will be coming back here in the future once my game improves and I can move on to other balls. A great experience overall!

Got my first ball drilled here. They seem very professional and friendly. i had to drove 1.5 hr to get here but it was worth it. i will definitely come back for my next ball.

5/5 stars. As someone who has been bowling for years recreationally and wanting to take the sport a little more seriously, I spent hours researching balls and shops available around ontario. Sly at 900 Bowling Pro Shop has to be one of the best informed and most polite people ive met, he is a bowler first and a salesman second. He spent 4+ hours discussing throw styles, cores, outer coatings and fingerplacement with me, we narrowed down my selection to two of my original choices. I've never been happer when it comes to my throw or my ball. If youre looking to purchase your first ball and need some advice, or youre looking to add a second or third to your collection, 900 Bowling Pro Shop is the spot in Ontario and Sly is your guy to speak to.

What a great experience I had when I picked up my Melee Jab Carbon yesterday. Very knowledgeable and helpful, they took their time and were very patient to make sure my ball was drilled properly. They also gave me some great advice, and as a beginner bowler I appreciate very much! Thank You

As a beginning bowler, I was not sure where to start with my first bowling ball. As busy as Sly was during the two full days I spent checking out all the different types in the shop. He was super patient in answering all my questions. He even took the time to explain in depth the differences between bowling styles, the specifics that each ball had to offer and sizing my hand the ball to perfection based on my grip style. Sly's expertise allowed me to narrow down three different types out of all the selections available. I am pleased with the one I chose and will definitely be going back to pick his brain on how to better improve my technique. Awesome job Sly, keep up the amazing work.

After 15yrs of no league I recently caught the bowling bug again. I previously used to go to Ken at Club 300 but since coming back bowlers have be telling me about 900. I came in to switch out my my grips for semi bump and Sly was friendly and swift. The new grips in my new ball felt like a glove and notice an increase in revs with control. I also purchased their ball cleaner and was told if I bring the bottle back they’ll full it up at a discount. My only grip is the drive but that’s the cost I have to pay for great service. Keep up the good work…I’ll be swinging by for my first hybrid

I started bowling recently and was given a ball by my girlfriend's grandfather. I had the ball fitted to my hand at another pro shop but after one long outing, my thumb began to feel numb and tingly. I ended up taking my ball to Alan and he immediately told me exactly what was causing the issue. Not only that, he took the time to explain it to me and how it could be fixed. I ended up deciding to buy a new ball and Alan meticulously took measurements and drilled it perfectly to my hand. He also trimmed the edge of the thumb hole to make sure I would not have any further discomfort.I would highly recommend Alan for any bowling needs. He knows what he is doing and he is still passionate about the sport. Thanks again Alan, I'll be back for any other bowling needs!

Super friendly, were able to help me out with drilling my first ball and giving me advice and recommendations.Also it may not be because of them but i went out to my local right after and broke my personal record.
