We have an ongoing contract to stamp concrete our backyard. An Impressions staff member measured our backyard on July 2022 and we paid the down payment of $4240. The agreement was that the installation would start late fall 2022 or early spring 2023.After paying the deposit, some changes have happened in between that would cause us to change the scope of the project. When we wanted to discuss that with the impressions staff member, he surprised us with the minimum mobilization and materials costs for any project of $10

The guys did a good job cleaning our pool which was full of leafs and debris.

I cannot thank Earl and crew enough for my absolutely stunning Stamped Concrete and new backyard Oasis! Will enjoy for many more years to come! Thank you soooo much!

Jeremiah and Lucas did an excellent job opening my moms pool a few days ago.They are very professional and hard workers especially on a very hot day.

Impressions installed our pool and stamped concrete decking this past summer and we have been enjoying it ever since. We started working with them last summer on design and quotes. They were always fast to respond and happy to send someone out to walk us through options. The pool and deck were completed ahead of schedule and look great. Their crew was professional and easy to talk to. Most importantly, they cleaned up the area well which was key for us, considering we live next to a public path and park. Overall great experience and would call on them again.

Our salt water pool is a large yard feature, built in 1989. It holds a massive amount of water and requires a careful chemical balance. We've used Impressions for water analysis for two years and the service is top notch. Results are timely and they will not sell you chemicals that you do not require. Special mention to Maggie who works in the pool store. She is incredibly knowledgeable about maintaining crystal clear water and her phone consultation on water tests are thorough and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond expectations with customer service. Thanks Maggie, for another successful swimming season.

I am embarrassed to say that it has taken me 3 years to make this review, however, my relationship with Impressions continues, so it is timely. In spring of 2020 I was scheduled for a very important pool repair as part of my business in pool vacation rentals with the pool company I had been using for many years. I was ghosted by that one and subsequently another and here is the reason why. Because of the pandemic there were an unprecedented number of people throwing money at pool contractors to jump the line for installations and service, so my little repair wasn’t important to them, although, it was crucial to my business. I was connected with Impresssions and literally the next day they had someone in my yard committed to solving my issue. Impressions was not aware that I was a single mother relying on proper functioning pools to run my business. They were only proceeding as an ethical contractor with respect for me as a customer. Over the next 3 years I continued to grow my business in pool vacation rentals with their support and guidance. Some of the services they provided were, but not limited to,-liner replacements-auto safety cover installations-fiberglass pool installation-winter safety cover installation-landscaping design and installation-mini putt installations-stamped concrete design and installation-fence and shed construction-pool equipment sales and installation-regular pool maintenance-regular talking down off the ledge as a small business owner, counselling services. LolAlthough all of us were impacted by the pandemic, often times people believe (including me) that our stressors are unique. I am guilty of throwing the odd tantrum directed at them, however, the important piece here is that the tantrums were always met with grace, an apology, a creative way forward and Earl standing with hands on hips, guaranteeing that if I stomped my feet hard enough to crack their concrete, he would happily replace it.I adore Impressions Group Ottawa!!!

Despite challenges beyond their control we found Impressions responsive and kept us informed during the entire process and they installed our swimming pool on time and on budget. Would highly recommend them.

I hired this company for snow blowing services. After several bad services and complaints I asked to be refunded the amount I would have to pay to hire another company to come do the job properly. They refused to refund me stating it was too far into the season even though I notified them of my dissatisfaction from the first service. Their drivers are untrained and unqualified. I do not recommend this company at all!!! The pictures don’t even do it justice how bad the service really was.
