Sonya has brought my lower back so much relief. She gives clear exercises to help me keep it strong. Recently I had numbness in my right hand. She fixed 80% of the nerve issue in one visit. A tremendous health care option.

As another healthcare professional, I can vouch that Sonya is excellent at what she does. I am a Kinesiologist and I regularly refer people to Foundations for therapy. Sonya is very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, she is also very thorough and precise in her treatments. I personally, had a nagging hip injury that I was unable to resolve with other healthcare modalities, but she was able to help me zero in on the problem and fix the issue.
