I will only come here for my auto insurance! Kulwant is an expert and very efficient at her job. She renewed my auto policy over the phone in less than 15 minutes! She was able to explain the policy coverage in great detail and promptly emailed and mailed physical copies of the policy. She made the process effortless. Expect above and beyond service here! I usually do a lot of shopping around before purchasing any kind of product or service, and have had a couple of attempts to save money by using another party for liability, etc. Year after year, Westland has provided more coverage and extras per dollar so I don't bother with the trouble of quotes every year.I can honestly say I have never had anything less than knowledgeable, efficient personable service from every person at their office.I have just used the online renewal service today and received perfect service from Rinika. Even when I was interrupting her. They have my loyalty.
