Edited one month later - unit still doesn't work and I owe $172. Complete waste of time and money.Josh and Shawn showed up within 24 hours and had my old ventilator system running smoothly in mere moments. They fully explained how to work the unit and maintain it going forward.Unfortunately, they did not call before they arrived because my phone number was not provided to them by the office. For $150 service call for way less than 30 minutes, I would expect better attention to detail by the office. Then the lady who answered the phone and promised to call blamed it on someone else instead of just admitting she dropped the ball.
