Its is so sad how they charge extra for every little thing. Never seen the management staff give so little care about the residence. All they care about is $$. But the other staff is very friendlyWhat owner of Touchmark?? Not sure who you think my husband is but.I do believe everyone has there right to their own opinion anywaysQuestion is why do you not accuse the people who gave you a good rating this?? Are they staff or ownersWith your replay I only wish there was a zero now to give to TouchmarkSo reality is Touchmark is one of the most money hungry care facility around and will accuse people who give them the rating they deserve

Touchmark at Wedgewood is such an amazing community. Between all staff departments and residents it feels like it is one happy family and all are provided equal opportunity to take part in events regardless of skills and abilities. It is an inclusive environment and management has done a wonderful job in maintaining a quality of care by meeting all aspects of the residents needs.Not only does the management take pride in what they do, all of the staff goes out of their way to make sure that the quality of care is top priority.

I work with Touchmark over 2 years now,I love the commitment of the management team for highest quality,Giving me a chance to experience newest cooking techniques and using high quality food stuff

I am an employee at Touchmark and can say that I enjoy working here. I love seeing our lovely residents every day. Residents here are amazing and I am learning a lot from their experiences. They are like family to me.

Horrible experiences with my parents that are there, and how some of the staff treat some family members and residents. It’s seems some are treated good and some are not, depending on who you know!!! Going to get them out of there as they requested….

I had applied, and was rejected on biased attitudes. I felt oppressed and judged, almost bullied. Considering I was over qualified.

The worst place I ever worked at. Toxic co workers, management is gutless against them. Too bad because the patients are wonderful. Typical American company. You'll notice there is no response from management. Maybe they'll forget, I never will. Ever.I sustained an W.C.B. injury, got yelled at and fired 2 days before 3 months were up.

“Home away from home” is my nutshell comment about TOUCHMARK!Excellent in five of my criteria in finding a cozy place to smell the roses,and after visiting two other beautiful senior care facilities in Edmonton, I have placed TOUCHMARK to SPICE my golden years soon!SPICE is an acronym:S-ocial, P-hysical, I-ntellectual, C-reative and E-motional.Social wise, the administrators and staff from my experience have always displayed that welcome smiles on their faces. When I first met Felicia, and later on Aimee, two competent (knowledge, skills and attitudes) staff, I did not have any doubt in signing on the dotted line.Unfortunately, my pilot son hurt his back and now on disability leave, and the two of us ended up hiring a live-in caregiver.Physically, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere is felt as soon as one steps into Touchmark’s automatic entrance door. Warm, cozy, friendly, accommodating and inviting, the receptionists and the ever handy administrator are ready to make its visitors, comfortable and at ease.Intellectually, I remember Felicia not wasting any time in filling my knowledge base, supplemented and complemented by Aimee who actually was the first person who mentioned the name TOUCHMARK to me. She has touched my heart with the many benefits and merits of the place. Listening to her visioning the place is enough to fall in love with the place!Creatively, Touchmark demonstrates its culinary expertise with hands on cuisine invitations. One of my treasured souvenirs was when I was invited to a lavish dinner and from the appetizer to the dessert, I felt like a Queen being served with the best dishes the world has to offer.Then because of COVID 19, there was that online demo of deliveredIngredients complete with wine. WOW! What a TREAT!Whether a simple snack or a nutritious meal, at Touchmark dining room, the compliments belong to Chef Yehia and the servers!Emotionally, Touchmark, represented by its administrators and experienced staff is a friendly, accommodating, hospitable, valuable and demonstrates passion in every activity it schedules which are plenty, enjoyable and fun filled.Touchmark let you be, and we let Touchmark be, but if we agree to sometimes become we, then Touchmark will always be a harmonious place for you and me.Thank you for this opportunity!Julie V. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Lovely lovely staff, attentive and respectful. You ask for something and it gets done right away. Facilities top-notch. Great location. Beautiful suites. Bright airy environs. Immaculately clean. I aspire to move in when the time comes.
