The staff are very professional, helpful and pleasant. They care about the animals and their owners. The office is very neat and clean and the staff are ready to serve you as soon as you enter the clinic.

We bought a bird in with a broken leg we are put in a room without our pet and threatened by the owner a veterinarian he told us that he would call the law on us if we hadn't had the bird treated by Monday he also lied about other clinics that treat exotic birds we spent $80 which I'm going to insist on getting back and will never take another animal there

We were visiting family in Moose Jaw when our little 4 lb Morkie developed trouble breathing, a precondition that required medication we forgot at home. We had a tiresome sleepless night as our little dog laboured to breathe. We went to the Moose Jaw Animal Clinic as soon as they opened at 8am on Saturday February 11, 2023. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional, our little dog was given a medical exam and after the consultation the proper medication was prescribed and given to our little dog. We cannot say enough good things about the care at the Moose Jaw Animal Clinic. Dr. Changar was absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can see the kindness and care he has for animals. We were so impressed by the way he took care of our little dog. Thank you Dr. Changar. You have top ratings for your wonderful service and professionalism. We totally appreciated your wonderful help.

Always had a great experience here all the vets I've had are knowledgeable and pleasant. I take my 2 cats and dog here and the price always seams very reasonable.

We took our dog to Moose Jaw Animal Clinic recently and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Dr. Anne was so gentle, kind and informative. Our dog was relaxed and calm throughout the visit and Dr. Anne provided us with explanations, advice and knowledge during our appointment, even offering to let us bring our dog by for drop in visits (pets and treats) so that she would associate the clinic with happiness. I’ve had nothing but thorough and attentive care for my dog since moving here. I got in recently on same day when Felix exhibited strange symptoms; he was treated and I learned new things to check on him.And now that we have 2 cats, they also are getting the top treatment, especially well done given how nervous Ollie was for a first visit (or maybe it was the owner!).

I had an emergency with my dog. You don't have any appointments available right away because it's a weekend.I took next appointment while telling the person that I'll look around to seek quick assistance.Fortunately I got appointment elsewhere but weeks later I got a 50$ bill for no show.Why wasn't it mentioned when booking? When did I agree to this?This is just pathetic attempt to make money.Avoid this place at all costs.

We have several animals and have used this clinic since 2011. It is not the place it used to be. Over the last few years the focus appears to have shifted entirely to how much more money can I be taken for. After careful assessment, we can honestly say that for thousands of dollars, we have received almost no useful medical assistance. 2 years ago we adopted a disabled dog. We were diligent to ensure that he had good medical care and health assessment. In 10 months, he didn't seem himself...had to wait 5 days for an appointment. At the appointment congestive heart failure...died same day. Absolutely heart broken. Always told he was healthy. Several yrs ago adopted a male cat who had issues peeing on everything. Soon discovered urinary crystal problem. Rushed to emergency (extra fee), assessed by Dr. S, THEN THE CONVERSATION TURNED ONLy TO MONEY..NOT PET CARE OR OUR FEELINGS. $900ish. If you can't afford it he can be euthanized. Repeated over and over. Fortunately, we were able to pay..supposed to be a 50% deposit, she took about 70%. Recently had our bully spayed, had just come out of heat and although we had followed all the guidelines, had a few extra pounds. Extra $100 penalty...$948 . And not a single minute to actually speak to a doctor. The veterinary machine has become unaffordable and more importantly , ya don't get what ya pay for. So disappointed.

The great staff at the MooseJaw Animal Clinic have been helping us take care of our special needs dogs, feral cats and livestock almost two years and we have nothing but positive things to say about them. The front office staff are always friendly, polite, and helpful and our primary vet, “Dr. Ram”, is amazing! He never rushes us through; he always answers all our questions and he provides us with loads of information about tending goats and sheep. Thanks to his information and guidance, our first year of raising them has been a real success! We have another vet clinic option that is closer to us, but after a few unsatisfactory visits there, we tried the Moose Jaw Animal Clinic and stayed with that choice. We are very happy with their service over the phone and how they interact in person, both with us as pet owners and with our animals. Highly recommended!

I had my pup spayed at this clinic recently. It was my first time going to Moose Jaw Animal Clinic and I’ll absolutely be returning for both my dogs’ vet needs. The staff were wonderful - kind, understanding, caring, patient, and took such great care of my pup while she was in their care. I was involved in the process the whole way while my pup was there - consulted with before, kept up to date, and very well-informed after. I highly recommend Moose Jaw Animal Clinic (and they have a really easy to use and cool app for all my dogs’ needs too).
