Very disappointing experience. Service was sub par at best, and the servers were all very rude, even visibly letting out a sigh directly in front of me at one point. The song selection is also confusingly bad. They don't even have Rocket Man by Elton John. How? Overall, not a good experience here. Would not recommend.

Place was recommended by a friend so we checked it out. They have some of the best customer service I had ever experienced at a karaoke bar, and the prices for the room and drink were great too. This is probably going to be my go to karaoke place in Calgary from now on. We will definitely be back!

This just might a Korean owned karaoke, but hands down it has great service for food and drinks. Very great cocktails and great Korean food. Usually karaoke places have mediocre food, but this place has great food options. As a Koraan I approve.

Good sliders, see my pictures, even accommodated for allergies, really impressed.Noisy and rowdy hangout for new adults, but that's the vibe and you might enjoy it.Fast and good service! Opens late, great little gastropub style Korean food, and karaoke

I wish I was able to take more pictures to show. The food and atmosphere of this place is very chill. The service was above and beyond. I've been to so many korean restaurants/karaoke bar and this is one of the best. Their food is very tasty and flavorful. Its so hard to find a decent Korean food because a lot of restaurants kind of water down their flavor to cater to the masses but this one doesn't! I'll make sure to come here everytime I visit my cousin in Calgary. Thanks for the good food and good old fashioned!P.SEveryone should ignore those low star google rating.

The room was decent but I felt rushed out. The service was tolerable if you have the patience. If you wanna celebrate with your friends cause of a special day like your BIRTHDAY. Maybe go somewhere else that makes you feel welcomed. I brought candies that everyone just kept on the side for a trivia game and was told not even as small as rockets was not allowed which was still sealed btw. Not coming back and highly suggesting to go somewhere else for karaoke. K1 has better service and better experience. Don’t bother with this place

Sole Bar and Karaoke is a fantastic spot for a night out. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent acoustics and an extensive song selection that caters to all tastes. The Korean food is delicious and well-priced. However, reservations are hard to come by, so it's worth booking ahead to secure a spot. Overall, Sole Bar and Karaoke is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fun and memorable night out.

The manager, facilities, and food are FIVE stars, however service took a dive after a miscommunication and song selection is a bit limited. We were offered free karaoke if we spent over $35 per person, so value for money is great if everyone in your party are eating and drinking. Food tasted fresh and delicious (PLEASE get the fried chicken skin if you love fried chicken!!). There was a miscommunication with our server, who took it very personally and stormed out of the room. When she returned with our correct order, she tossed the food down and stormed out again. Afterwards, the manager was the one who served us until it was time for the bill, then we saw our server, who's mood had improved. We tipped well and would return. Just kind've a strange encounter I suppose.

BEST KARAOKE BAR IN CALGARY 10/10!Not only do they have the best service but the FOOD OMG! The food is so good and the price for the clean room with a great wide variety of song choices is the BEST deal in Calgary. My friends and I always go here for a fun night out.I love the fact you can have a private room and everything is so very clean. The service is absolutely incredible as well.If you are looking for a fun and probably the best karaoke experience in Calgary, I would HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!

The staff were all amazing and walk you through anything you don't understand. You rent a private room and pay by the hour, but if everyone spends more than 35 on food/drinks you don't have to pay for the room. It was really fun and I would come anytime.
