It felt like we were forgotten. We eventually got help from the server working the other tables around us (good service from her given that we were not one of her tables). The food, when we eventually got it, was cold. Obviously, it had sat for that long time waiting for someone to notice. The one dish that did arrive hot was described as excellent. Even cold, you could tell that our French toast would have been excellent, crispy with a perfect amount of fruit and chocolate hazelnut spread. We had to ask for and did eventually receive a discount on our entire meal. Yes, we waited for that, too.

Yum! I have always heard great things about this place but have never tried until recently. Definitely worth it for the price you pay. The fresh orange juice was definitely a bonus!

I love breakfast and this place is my favourite! I have been many times and have always had a great experience. I love the French toast, it has a cool crumb coating unlike anything I've had anywhere. I also really like the smoothies. Sometimes they can be busy on the weekends but that is totally to be expected and I take it as a good sign that lots of people want to eat there. The staff has always been friendly, and helpful. My kids love it too and they have neat options like donuts and smores crepes!

This used to be our favorite breakfast/brunch restaurant. We've been several times and even recommended it to family and friends. The food is always delicious with generous portions. The service is fast and friendly. Yesterday we went for brunch. I needed to use the restroom and the metal plate on the door had come loose exposing a sharp edge. When I pushed open the door , it sliced my hand. I informed the manager and showed him that I was bleeding. He got the door fixed so it wouldn't happen to someone else and offered me a bandaid. I didn't tell him about my hand for free food, but a gesture of a small discount would have been appreciated. The incident wasn't even acknowledged when the bill arrived. We paid full price and full tip. Now I am kind of soured to what was once my favorite place to eat . Hopefully no one else gets hurt at this restaurant but in the future , you should compensate customers who are injured on your premises.

I recently visited Ben and Florentine for the first time at this location, and it exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious.As it was a busy Sunday, the restaurant was packed, and there was a slight delay in receiving our food. However, the attentive service staff made sure to regularly check on us, refilling our water and coffee promptly.Ben and Florentine is a great place for a brunch meal, especially for families. The portions are incredibly generous, ensuring you won't leave hungry.One item that's a must-try is their crepe. It has become a non-negotiable for me every time I visit!Overall, I highly recommend Ben and Florentine for a fantastic brunch experience. Enjoy their delicious food, friendly service, and a memorable dining experience with your loved ones.

Food is always fresh, lots of menu items to choose from.Fruit and vegetables are widely spread throughout the menu, making for a very healthy feeling meal.Any of the avocado toast options are amazing along with the majority of the menu!Caesar was delicious, same with any smoothies or juices they sell!Staff was a little slow and the restaurant is somewhat crammed feeling but it’s worth it!Meals are around 20$ without a drink.

Had a great meal here the other day. We were looking for a place that wasn’t the typical breakfast restaurant and this was a great alternative. The menu is quite large with many different options. The food came out fairly quickly despite the restaurant being quite full. The only downside unfortunately was that our waitress basically ignored us after she gave us our food. After giving her plenty of opportunities and multiple times walking past us, I finally had to flag her down to bring us the bill. Overall though it was a good experience.

We had been to a different location a couple of times and always enjoyed our meal. Our first visit to this location was a different experience. I ordered a breakfast with gluten free toast. The toast arrived after everything else and was cold and barely toasted. It hadn't been buttered, nor was butter brought to the table. I explained that I like my toast a little darker and that I understand that gluten free bread takes longer to toast as it is often frozen when put into the toaster. I asked that the toast be re toasted. I recieved a second plate of cold untoasted bread. Still no butter. The server was apologetic and offered to do it a 3rd time but by then most of my meal was already eaten.I didn't eat any of the toast but was still charged for the added cost of gluten free toast.

Delicious food for a reasonable price! The portions are great, you can order small breakfasts or large depending on how hungry you are. The waiters/waitresses are very kind or seem to love there jobs! Definitely would go back!

First time at this location. Good service good food. Packed on a Sunday so had to wait a bit longer for food to come out. Service always asked us for water and coffee regularly. Great place for a brunch meal and with family.
