MARDA Management

I have been renting with Marda for a few years now and they have been great to deal with. Property is always clean, well kept and secure. The staff helping with my initial move in and also now with a new unit move, has been quick and easy. Thanks Kathy and Bob. Great all around experience.

Have been using Marda Management to rent out my property since last year and I must say Kathy and her team never cease to amaze me! Kathy always ensures your property gets rented out to only those who are truly qualified and eligible. Last thing you want is someone with a poor credit moving into your property! Kathy and the team always have this area covered! My most recent tenant signed up mainly because Marda was managing the property and knew that they were in good hands! Jacqui also is an amazing person to work with who always has answers to all my questions! Kudos to Kathy, Jacqui and the whole Marda Management team for doing such a great job!

We're moving from Toronto to Windsor and Marda Management has been a great help. We had a lot of questions (and were a bit indecisive), but Nissa was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Looking forward to moving in soon!

I would give zero star to Marda Management if there an option. I really want to aware people don’t be stuck yourself by seeing there monthly fee less amount, after you signed contract they will charge you a big-big by creating fake work orders. I am telling truth they did it to me charged me money for locks change this and that change but after some months when I visit my property nothing changed. Then I ask them why you guys charging me the money they said it is under investigation and that property manager who was doing this we fired her because we heard lots of this kind of complaint., till today’s date I never heard about that investigation.Secondly they don’t do anything in the name of management. In my property the tenants they put in, damaged my property so badly. When I ask them to take action against them . The answer I got we can’t do anything, you have to deal by yourself- go to court.I was so stressed with them that I need to pay $1600 to break my contract and done with this scam company. When I ask for final receipt, they said we don’t provide -use email chat as receipt. Is it our right if we paid some money don’t we get receipt.I feel like mentally disturbed with dealing themI don’t know how anyone do good review about marda managementThey don’t deserve anyNow even I paid full amount -done my contractThey still sending me invoices statements to deduct money.I literally regret that day why I signed with this company. So I am warning to guys before signing with give a thought yourself and be prepared for extra stress.

I have to share my experience - I moved from K-W to Chatham recently and Marda helped me, when I needed it. If you want professional, direct service - MARDA will help you with that. Cathy is the underwriter there and will decide on whether or not your application is accepted. Provided you have a decent credit score, are on the up-and-up and willing to work with them to find your new home --- YOU ARE SET!

Since day 1, everyone at Marda Management has been beyond courteous and helpful with helping me navigate the rental market as an international student who did not know where to start at hopes of finding a place to live. Marda Management has not only provided the basics, but instead went above and beyond at every step of the way, they are not happy unless their renters were also happy.Bob our building manager has always been available whenever we had an issue at our building and is extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to any concerns if we had any which get addressed not only within the day but mostly the same hour.I have been extremely lucky to rent with Marda management and I want to especially thank Bob and Kathy for being as supportive as they were throughout my time renting here.

Well I have to say that I'm so happy with Marda Management.I always head negative things about Marda for years and years and then as the years went by things I heard about marda began to get better and better. Over 10 years later Marda succeeded to get approximately 72% of the cities rental property. (Congratulations by the way)Well a few months ago it came time for me to get my new place.From the moment I stepped into Marda all the staff I've met my very friendly, helpful and efficient.I have to say that there's one lady Kathy who went over and above her job MORE than once . Thanks so Much to you and the rest of the staff again thanksKathy please don't change words can't express how greatful I am again.I highly recommend Marda if you're looking for her forever home.

Other than some random guy who claims to be from marda that calls me once a month saying they have a work order to paint my apartment when no such work order has ever existed according to head office, everything has been great. They've responded quickly to my maintenance requests and fixed everything except one of my outlets doesn't work but booking an electrician takes time so I'm not too worried about that
