Package shown as delivered/left in mailbox (which is physically impossible) on tracking, but it is nowhere to be found. Emailed about it requesting delivery of the package if a mistake was made, and they told me what tracking said. Obviously: I CAN READ. I want my item, I don't want to be treated like an idiot.

Am currently on hold for 42 minutes trying to find out where my package is. This is my second call this week. They were supposed to find out what happened to it when it was 7 days late and get back to me. Now it is 10 days. The only thing the tracking says is that there was a delay. There is no excuse for such poor customer service. Update: after 50 minutes on hold I finally got a representative and the call was disconnected a minute later while I was getting the tracking number.

They don’t even try to deliver the package, they didn’t even try for 2 Ned attempt for the delivery nor left any kind of door tag that we tried to deliver the package, the only thing I get from email is that they returned the package to the sender, they didn’t even hold the package for three days, worst service I have ever encountered, they need to work on their service, I would not recommend anyone to send their package from here and expect that you will not receive your package when you order something and will we sent from this company. I would highly recommend not going to this company

3rd time amazon uses this company for me and the same thing happens each time. It does not arrive on time and the tracking notes say attempted delivery when no attempt was made. When you try to call they do not give you any alternative like pick up at their depot, you must just wait.

Another delivery fail. Said they couldn't get to my front door. The driveway was empty. I called them and they said they would look into it. 2 days later, they stopped answering the phone. Amazon told me they lost the package. That means they lied about not getting to my front door.

They keep saying they have attempted to make delivery and they have the wrong address. This is an Amazon order and I order from them all the time. My address has not changed. This has been going on for 3 days now. The fact is, they don’t want to deliver to my home because I live in the bush. Now because of them, the items I ordered for Christmas will not arrive on time. I don’t know why Amazon chose them for this one delivery but I am not impressed.

horrible company also previously known as DYNAMEX, THEY JUST REBRANDED. Still same shifty delivery people who don't care, ill break your shipment and when you call because its 3 days late and paid for you get a snobby response. This company should of never existed as they are bottom of the barrel.I called Amazon and had them taken off the courier list because they are more harm then good.

Terrible company. my address was clearly listed as back door. i had a sign on my mail box out front that deliveries for me need to come to the back door. my package was deemed delivered but i hadn't seen any one or heard anything. i happened to go look at the front of the house after I got the notification and its just sitting there on the front step. which isn't my door and in plain sight. was over $1000 purchase and they just didn't care. it was on the property so it was delivered. This company simply doesn't care and any time i've had to deal with them, they've been the worst to talk to. I called their customer service and they couldn't even answer the question i asked them directly. Wish amazon wouldn't use them. but you know how it goes... cheaper bid wins

This company is the worst. They deliver parcel to my apartment and leave them at the mail box instead of delivering them to the door which is their policy and have had parcels stolen. The drivers are obviously lazy have no respect for customers or their job. I have called and complained more then once yet it continues

This delivery service is absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. I am actually thinking of never dealing with Amazon again if this is their new delivery company. The email listed stated that delivery had already occurred as of last Sunday, which it has not. I have phoned every single day and have been assured that delivery was going to be today". No delivery. Absolutely shocking lack of professionalism. Shame on Amazon for utilizing this shoddy provider."
