Shoppers Drug Mart

This pharmacy sucks. Rude staff, don’t know what are they doing. Poor customer service.It was a good pharmacy until the management changed.Don’t deserve any Star.

My family has been with this pharmacy for approximately 12 years but the pharmacy service has been extremely horrible the past year! I never experienced so many rude workers, not the ladies who have been there and know us but all the new people now in the pharmacy. They have hung up on me more than once when I have called and in the middle of explaining why I called, I call back and have to start over with whoever answers again. I have witnessed male pharmacy workers at the pharmacy yell at customers or completely ignore customers, and talk very rude to customers. Every month I find out they don’t update my prescription files according to my doctors directions and don’t call to get pre-approval anymore to my drug plans. I have had so much irritation and frustration the past few months that I am considering moving my entire family to another pharmacy! They need to learn to be kind and patient or some basic customer service training even. It seems to me that if they don’t understand what is asked it causes frustration and they become rude or take it upon themselves to change a doctor’s prescription orders, I feel judged and there is a lack of genuine kindness with the new people.

I don't have the option to renew prescriptions online - to renew a prescription I typically wait on hold on the phone for about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for a 1 minute convo fax my doctor

I don't think anybody works at this pharmacy. I've called them numerous times to see if my prescription is ready for pick up and each time nobody answers the phone. I've called 5 times within the past day or two. Each time, the phone keeps ringing for atleast 15 min, but nobody answers. I also tried customer service, but no one answers either. Worst customer service ever at this location.

Today is senior's day. I had gone into this store, to purchase one item at senior's discout. Only 1 cashier open. No back up cash. Long line of seniors Why?!?! Labour shortage, or just plain cheap. It is owned by Loblaws

This pharmacy really needs an overhaul of procedures. A simple task of finding someone’s prescription shouldn’t take rummaging through 4-5 drawers…twice.Hello, it’s 2023.

I had a prescription filled for my pet. Went to pick up order and when I returned home the pills provided were not what was prescribed and the fee was $144. I asked for a refund and took prescription to another pharmacy, not a Shoppers, It was filled on the spot and the fee was $20. This Shoppers will never see me again!!!!!

I just came from there, the salesman named Tyler had bad behaviour towards custmers. I grab some cleaning supplies which were on a sale with price tag and came to register and he said it will be on sale from tomorrow. If the sign is on then he suppose to give me. He gave me so much attitude. i am very upset on the night of canada day sorry to say very bad customer service on this shoppers location.

Tried calling for 15 minutes before physically arriving at the store. Waited in line at the pharmacy for another 10 minutes to find out they didn't have my script. Called my doctor, they said Shoppers don't check their email and to tell them to look. Called today, someone actually answered the phone but told me they don't have email. Fax it over... 2023 and you don't have email? What about all the other times my doctor sent something over. Is this my sign not to be taking another big Pharma script?
