Unprofessional people wasted my whole day for a delivery missed my pu appointment because of them and I’m stuck in Montreal for another 20 hours because of these lazy people

I had some issues initially with my order at the retail level but the customer service team was excellent in resolving those issues and getting the items to me in a short amount of time. The Customer Service Director significantly improved the experience with her attention to detail, excellent communication with myself and her colleagues, coordinating across provincial lines to get the products to us made me so grateful and thanking the team does not even cut it. They went above and beyond to get the items we had been waiting for, for months, in the matter of 10 days! I could not be happier with the root console and all the other products I ordered from Mobilia. The quality of the products is exceptional and the designs speak for themselves. Definitely can call myself a returning Mobilia Client!

This was our first experience at Mobilia in Markham, Ontario my husband and i were looking for a couch set. We bought one and gave the deposit they had to order it was told by the salesman it would take a month to come in it came in 1 week later therefore we scheduled a delivery date forFebruary 9th cause we live in a condo had to sell our old one. We ended up selling our old one within days called the salesman told him we can have it delivered sooner got us to the department to change the date we changed it to January 24 between 9:39-12:30 cause we have to book an elevator it had to be a specific time. My husband takes the day off at 12:30 he calls me no furniture yet? I called the salesman he put me through the delivery department they told me that there was no scheduled delivery it was scheduled for the 9th of February. I was upset because obviously they screwed up so we the scheduled another date for Jan.29th between 9 to 12 rebooked the elevator i took a vacation day i got a call at 11:30a.m. that morning saying they cancelled all deliveries due to the weather we had the night before (that day everything was cleaned up and clear) I lost it on them, no excuses they should have called me first thing in the morning to cancel and then i could have gone to work, they were very rude kepted on putting me through one manager to the next when they finally got back to me they said they would give me my delivery for free (big deal) this is now 2 days my husband and I booked off work for stupidity. So here we go they scheduled it on Thursday Jan.31st between 1 to 4 booked the elevator again and they did show up this time but one of the extra pieces i order was ordered in a different colour. It was the salesman fault he ordered the wrong colour i just lost it then. Called the manager she said she would have to speak to another department on and on it went it was terrrible terrible service no people skill or management skills. Anyways she did not even call me back that day. I had to call the salesman in the morning which again he now said that the manager i spoke to was off for a week went on vacation I then was put through a assistance manager who was very rude. This is very disappointing service, never seen anything like it in my life. Will never go back. I was planning on buying more furniture once my couches came in but not now.I wanted to add to this review that once this review was posted the response from the head office was immediate, they contacted me were very sincere on everything that took place we discussed what needs to happen and they were very pleasant to deal.Thank you on your quick response.

Great product selection and customer service. Prices are decent and the product quality is very good.Contrarily to many furniture stores, the sales team at Mobilia Des Sources (in Pointe-Claire) was not pushy and we felt like we could shop at our own pace and not be followed the entire time.We dealt with Julie Nebbs: she was professional, knew the products and didn't try to push anything on us. We ended up buying a dining room table & chairs, and because we had such a great experience shopping with Julie, we came back and bought a sectional sofa two weeks later.

Love all the products. Sylvia Solomon always has been very helpful, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. I've purchased furniture for over 8 yrs and keep coming back because I love the great service & hospitality of Sylvia Solomon. Worst customer service. I purchased an in stock item and it’s been over a month and I still have not received it. I have called multiple times but no one will return my call or answer my email inquiries. Very frustrating

THE WORST SERVICE EVER I BOUGHT A KIND SIZE BRAND NEW BED AND MATTRESS ON SEPT 18TH 2021. AFTER PRESSING 3 TIMES DELIVERY DAY, THEY SENT ME ON MARCH, BUT THEY SENT ME FLOOR SAMPLE BED. THEY WERE PLAYING WITH ME, NO ONE TOLD ME BEFORE DELIVERY UNTIL I SAW IT. I DIDN'T ACCPT THE BED, AND ASKED THEM TAKING IT BACK, I DON'T NEED IT.THEN, SECOND TIME DELIVERY WAS HAPPENED ON MAY, THEY GAVE ME A PROBLEM HEADBOARD, AND TOLD ME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL CONTACT ME ONCE THEY HAVE A NEW ONE. SINCE I REALLY NEED THE BED, I LET IT STAY. BUT NO FOLLOW UP AFTER. AND RECENTLY, THE BED MAKES A SOUND IF JUST TURNINGUNTILL TODAY, I CALLED THEM, THEY ASKED ME WHY I DON'T CALL THEM EARLY.........AND THEN, SHE AKE ME TO WAIT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME ONCE THEY HAVE ONE, SUCH A BIG COMPANY, DOESN'T HAVE A NEW HEADBOARD IN THE PAST 7 MONTH. AND THEN, THE LADY WAS HANG UP ON ME. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY KNOWS HOW TO BLAM ON THE CUSTOMERS.DON'T WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNRESPONSBLE COMPANY.

After sales, Akked was incredible to work with. I’ve had issues with a sofa and he took care of it even after 3-4 years of purchasing! Incredible customer service! Will only recommend getting Mobilia furniture.

Unprofessionalism at its finest! Received damaged furniture out of the box and no replacement after 6 weeks, nobody to talk to, even if you try calling them 10 times a day. Worst furniture company in Quebec, I suggest to stay away!!

Everything went well up until the shipping - customer service was fabulous and very responsive. But now, I am frustrated with their shipping. I was contacted nearly 3 weeks ago to let me know that the order was ready for delivery, but I cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule the delivery, and my calls are not being returned.
