Kensington Return It Express Depot

I come here about once per month. Always clean, fast and have never had an issue. Staff are awesome.Best place in North Burnaby.

The guys there are nice. There is one very VERY rude elderly woman that yells at people. she yells at kids, at elderly people. I myself had the unfortunate encounter with said person. Reading the one star reviews here, it sounds like it’s the same person, and by the response of the stores owner, it sounds like that person has disability too. I’d say an easy 5star to this place if it weren’t for that incident ☹️

The most rude, disrespectful staff ever. UNACCEPTABLE MANNERS, NO MATTER their disabilities... You dont yell at kids nor push them out of the store cause the old lady wants to go home early...

There is a really mean older lady there works there in the morning that yells at people. Recommending families to avoid younger kids to this location. Read the reviews

My overall experience was positive. Clean facility, nice staff and short wait time. I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. The tall slender gentleman with glasses that works there pretended to be hearing and speech impared so he wouldn't have to speak to me. Now that is a whole new level of bad customer service. I've never seen that before. I've literally heard the guy speaking and having conversations with people. And now he's pretending to be hearing and speech impared so he doesn't have to talk to me. Also walking really close to me. Right beside me 1 foot away being creepy but not speaking to me. Horrible service. (My Reply to your comment: if you are hearing and speech impared then I apologize. But purposefully being creepy and moving physically close to me within 1 foot just to weird me out to creep me out is not acceptable. Especially when I am a patron of your Bottle Return Store. Very nice place. No complaints there. Don't rude to patrons. That's all.)

I have read all the reviews about the Kensington depot and find truth in every one. Dealing with the public is challenging. Everyone needs to lead with compassion and kindness and everyone will have a happy day. Everyone is struggling right now. Please treat people the way you want to be treated and you won't go very far wrong. Peace out.

The older lady was so mean. My kids and I had bad experiences.

Very loud abrupt staff!! Older lady thick accent.Gets in your personal space, literally!, IF she even bothers to walk over to speak at all. All this while screaming/yelling as she did before from other end of store.!! I do NOT take kindly to any one screaming at me and only thing it does do is increase my instinct for defending myself. Then she nastily calls me names in front of other customers and talks to them as if i am to blame for her bad behaviour causing the issue!!!!Not just one examplePreviously was bery verbally aggresive with other customers. I felt bad for that customer after many of her nasty yells and intervened telling her toncalm down.I am utterly shocked this person still has a job!
