Iam old woman i used to go another clinic before i found this clinic and i suffering alltime to get appt to see my family doctor now i'm so happy with this clinic and all doctors very professional and the staff very nice and helpful. Thanks for all service

Reception is ridiculous. No one asks you how you are and if they can help you with anything. Too busy sitting on their cellphones. I had to ask for a card so I could call to book my follow-up. That was after 15 minutes of standing there waiting to be acknowledge. The doctors are great though and so is the pharmacist but they should probably find a better reception staff. So rude.

The receptionist working with Dr. Itua Iriogbe displays extremely impolite behavior. I find it difficult to understand how she was hired, as she shows complete disrespect while speaking on the phone. Furthermore, she consistently fails to answer calls or respond to voicemail messages. It is puzzling why she remains employed there, as she appears always preoccupied with her phone. To be fair, Dr. Itua is genuinely a pleasant person, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said about his receptionist.

I’m new in Hamilton I found this perfect medical centre there is a specialties doctors and family doctors accept new patients . I am so happy with the service and the staff so helpful and nice .

The best clinic in Hamilton. All the doctors are professionals and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dr.Itua he’s my family doctor very nice and take care of his patients and his receptionist so lovely . Recommend it

Dr. Itua Iriogbe's reception is very rude. I don't know how they hire her. She is disrespectful when she was talking to me. Also, she gave me un appointment on June 10/2023. I went there on June 10n when I told her I came to see my doctor, she said you don't have an appointment today. After 3 weeks of appointment, she said if you need to reschedule you can. I was disappointed.

Reception is fine, pharmacist is lovely, cardiologist is lovely, but the family doctor (Dr Itua Iriogbe) was horrendous.Waited 2 weeks to see this man. Not only was he late - He was extremely rude to me. I walked in with a big smile and in a positive mood and I walked out in tears. He was soooo condescending I can not explain it in words, he spent most of the visit talking down to me instead of listening to the symptoms I have which I came to see him about.He wasted the first part of my visit talking about stuff I didn't ask about (stuff my cardiologist is dealing with) and after that he says is that all?" I say: "no I havnt even mentioned why I'm here yet" he said "you are 75% through the visit" I said" "but I've been here 5 minutes and you wasted it talking about my cardiologist things which I didn't bring up and was definitely not the reason why I booked this appt." He then proceeded to have a go and make me feel so small. I asked if I could book another appointment or a longer one so I could speak about all my current health issues. He told me how I'm only allowed to see him 4 times in a year because the government pay him a set fee a year and if I see him more than 4 times he would take me off his roster

I had a disappointing experience at this facility. I observed that the receptionists and the pharmacist were not wearing masks, which made me uncomfortable during my visit. Additionally, the receptionist who assisted me during my walk-in visit on March 2nd lacked communication skills. When my partner inquired about seeing a doctor, they simply told him that there was no doctor available without asking why he was there or attempting to help him further. I had to ask when the would a Doctor be able to see him, and they informed me that it would be on March 3rd the next day. However, when my partner and I visited the next day, they informed him that the doctors were booked all day and were asked to speak with another receptionist to schedule an appointment. We made an appointment for March 6th at 9:50. The receptionist we spoke with also had a strong perfume scent, which may be bothersome to other patients. On March 6th, we received a call from the office at 9:23 canceling our appointment, and we were asked to reschedule. I believe that the receptionists could benefit from additional training and that the facility should prioritize patient safety by enforcing mask-wearing. Overall, I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.
