Stars are hard, I didnt end up needing their services. But I explained my localized flooding very well, Brad came out within 48 hours (was not a serious/disastrous flood, so timeline was cool), he saw what I was doing, took the time to analyze the situation, and told me that I didn't need their services. At least 2 hours they gave to assess, and no hard sell.Now I am a relatively handy guy, so I was dealing with the flood, but if I wasn't handy, or didn't have the time to deal with the situation, I would have been confident to enlist OK Resto for at least the initial damage assessment, and where to go from there. And if their trades people are half as good as Brad, then I would trust that the job would be done right.Hope this helps.

Horrible experience with Vernon Branch, Terry has done a grand job of ripping off my mom. When work was done without an estimate and then she was presented a bill that is exorbitantly overpriced. When he was questioned about his charging he threatened to put a lean on my moms house. He is threatening a newly widowed senior women thinking that’s what a decent business does???That is after charging insurance a ridiculously high amount for work that my siblings and I did cleaning out the basement completely so the work could be done. He got paid for it. Then leaving dryers running for months longer then needed charging up the electric bill, which my mother also paid and he was credited for.Then a bin was left in the property, we had no clue what was inside, for months. Then suddenly told after we had been out there the bun suddenly needed to be cleared, so a special trip had to be made. So disappointed, I thought there was still decent people and we didn’t get to choose business insurance sent them there. Buyer beware.

Brad Maki was prompt to inspect my basement for flood damage and to date I am extremely pleased with all of their employees and subcontractors quality and dedicated work. Yes it takes a significant amount of time for a full basement restoration but I am happy with the near finished results. Thanks to all the people involved for consistenty consulting, advizing and working with home owners to get their house back in order.

We had an early morning flood on a Saturday. Mike and his team came out and cleaned up EVERYTHING!!! Kudos to him and the WHOLE TEAM. What a great job you all did. Cheers Update...Well our house is back to normal. I can not say enough about how GREAT" Okanagan Restoration has been. December 18th we had our flood. The actual restoration looks pretty good; the service was underwhelming throughout. Our small water leak turned into a 1.5+ month project. During the entire project we kept getting told we were going to get a schedule, so we would know when workers were arriving etc. People showed up randomly at the house. When the project was completed we still hadn't gotten a schedule... The project manager apologized and said he'd like to get us a gift card to make up for it. We never got a gift card. When we wanted more than one quote for a part of the restoration they were outsourcing the project manager got irritated and stressed and recommended we take over the project ourselves, which we then did.

I had an insurance claim for my bathroom and this company did the restoration. A big thank you to Terry, Kenny, and Jim. Very professional staff and great work was done.

I had a sewer backup flood in my kitchen involving hardwood floors, lots of damage. Long story short I was so impressed with ok restoration Vernon. Their employees were all professional, conscientious and friendly. Coordinating final repairs took 6 months but we're done to perfection. Well worth the wait. Thank you to all

They truly care about their customers! Had a sprinkler head break in my brand-new business and they came a resolved it promptly, even after hours.

They were very responsive dealing with the actual emergency of the fire and were fantastic initially. After that, it was the worse experience ever dealing with these guys. They never followed timelines, I would have to follow up consistently on work being done or promised, and even once the work was done" I had to follow up on sub par completion. Definitely regret using this company."

It has not been a pleasant experience dealing with an office flood, however, Brad Maki and all the various staff and trades whom have had to work within my business unit have been professional, thoughtful and working the best that they can within as they deal with multiple insurance coverages, restrictions and being stretched pretty thin with also the community flooding.
