Fight Den MMA Krav Maga

Great location for jiu jitsu, Krav Maga and MMA, the gym culture is a fight family, they have the best instructor in canada who even offered to corner me in my tournament for free.

I just completed my initial training session with Sensei Mike, and I was very pleased !!!Mike is a combination of some old school, martial arts discipline, and very much present day realities, of translating Krav Maga skills, to self defense strategies that we're all concerned with these days, including the surge in criminal assaults on the Toronto transit system this past year, sometimes involving knives or other weapons, and sadly, even a fatal stabbing of a teenager.I'm now a full time Security Guard, 68 years old, and although it's rare that I'm threatened in any way, we're not living in the Toronto that I grew up in, where it was incredibly safe. Toronto is still much better than most big cities, but you can no longer take your personal safety for .granted.In just one hour with Mike, he demonstrated for me, Krav Maga techniques, that make me feel that I've got a reasonably good chance, of protecting myself from anyone with criminal intentions, once I become more practiced in executing these Krav Maga tactics.It's not fancy, but Mike demonstrates how any potential attacker(s), could be at serious risk of serious harm to themselves, if they carry out a violent act, against anyone with Krav Maga training.Mike will make you feel confident, that if you apply yourself, that you can feel safe ,when you're away from home.I'll definitely be booking more sessions with Sensei Mike !!!

Sensei Mike is just the absolute best. After only just a few private lessons and classes I felt so empowered as a woman. I feel safer walking thanks to him and I hope to continue training for a while. 1000% recommend him to everyone I know!

Thanks Mike - Excellent BJJ and MMA academy. My son has been with this Dojo for 3 months, with the strives that he has made in such a short time is remarkable. Group classes are a lot of fun and very effective. If I went into a time machine and fought myself from before I met Sensei Mike, my current self would definitely wreck my past self.

Sensei Mike came to my office today to run a Krav Maga self defense seminar for our team. It was so great! Not only did I learn so many moves that make me feel armed with an arsenal to defend myself in real world situations but I also felt empowered and more confident. Mike and his assistant were awesome. Mike puts you at ease and is a great instructor and very funny. Highly recommend.
