Great experience with Capital Home Services. Customer service is excellent, and very happy with the quality of work performed. Work was completed on-time, and Matthew and his team were very responsive in addressing any issues along the way. Would highly recommend.

After consulting with several different companies, Capital Homes Services offered the best price for the services we were requesting. Once the reno began, I knew we signed with the right company. The contractors were very friendly, open to any input from myself and offered great advice whenever I had issues making a decision. The quality of the craftsmanship was much better than what my builder provided me and the owner Mike and project coordinator Dean were always a phone call away if I needed them. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Sadly after many attempts at calling and promised call backs, we have yet to hear from this company! I understand we are in a pandemic and service is slower, but almost two months of no return calls is not acceptable. Thankfully we found another company to help with our en-suite bathroom renovation. If you do not get a call back within the time the receptionist promises —— MOVE ON!

Called capital home service 6 times for a estimate on painting only to find out that they only do work that cost $3000.00 or more have great advertising guess I won't know what kind of work they do

We use a few company's for some of our properties.these guys d great work Roofing, windows and a lots of painting.Quality and reliable. I recommend them for sure.ROBERT

We contacted Capital Home Services in December. They contacted us back shortly after. Michael came to review the work and provided us a quote quickly. The work was scheduled to start about a month later. The crew was courteous, professional, creative, efficient. In the end we are satisfied with the job well done.

We had a very good experience with all the contractors involved in our renovation. They were all very friendly, professional, punctual and clearly took pride in their work. Matt & Ron were helpful, honest and true to their word. Would highly recommend them.

Called to request a quote to have my driveway paved and have some parging work completed on my house. Gentleman came out and we had a good conversation on the work needing to be completed. Was told that he would be in touch with over the next couple of days with a quote. I've called several times but have not received a quote nor any call back. Can't comment on work but customer service is terrible (the lady that I spoke with on the phone was always pleasant however).

I signed 3 contracts with Capital Home Services (CHS) in the fall of 2021 for (1) kitchen renovation (2) interlock (3) foundation leak repair. Each project ended badly. For the kitchen contract, CHS demanded 97% payment well before the kitchen was done (no running water, no countertop, missing cabinets and drawers, no lights, partially painted, flooring not installed) and sent the notice below on Christmas eve saying they would put a lien on my house. They didn't have the right bricks to do the work. They agreed to resume the interlock in the Spring of 2022 and I offered to pay to take down the mismatched structure they put up. They never came back and left a mess for me to clean up. As for the foundation fix, it leaked again and I hired a foundation company to fix it this time. When it was dug up, it revealed CHS had not put in any waterproofing except a flimsy tarp so it was inevitable it would leak again. In my experience, CHS is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with.
