I was looking for a new office chair as I am working from home quite a bit more now. Bianca was such a great help and I was able to decide on an amazing Steelcase chair. She was very quick to help and always responded in a timely manner. Overall a really great experience and would not hesitate visiting RGO again.

After owning a Steelcase Gesture for 9 months, the chair developed a loud groaning sound, unsure of what the cause would be from. From what I had been told, there were no mention regarding any sounds. The service is terrific, sent a repairman to fix it right away. Showroom is high end and salesman was knowledgeable. Unfortunately spending about $1400 on a brand new chair, I can’t help thinking about the issue it originally had and if this affected the quality.

I work for an Industrial Construction Contractor, we have used RGO for a few industrial renovation projects and there product is top notch, Tamara worked alongside me with many revisions, detail changes, shipping struggles you name it and I was always met with great customer service and assistance. Their pricing is very competitive, and with all the renderings and drawings they provide, you are getting exactly what you asked for every time. I would highly recommend RGO for your home office needs, refinishing your office space, or full scale business renovations.

I emailed RGO to inquire about a clearance sale they had going on. I was messaged back quickly and they answered all my questions. I went into the store to buy my chair and I am on a cane I was treated very well. Kristofer was very professional even demonstrating the function of the chair for me and answering all my questions he even helped me out to my car.

I went to RGO Edmonton to find a new office chair and Bianca, the Workplace Consultant that helped me, was great. She was able to answer any questions that I had both at the showroom and over the next week as I corresponded with her about my delivery and pick-up options, and was kind and courteous throughout. When I went back to pick up the chair, the couple of other employees that I encountered were very nice as well.The chair turned out to have some possible manufacturing issues but Bianca and RGO Edmonton's service/install department went above and beyond to accommodate me and replace it ASAP. They'll be my first stop for my next piece of office furniture. I highly recommend checking them out.

After ordering a Herman Miller chair and realizing it did not fit me well, I searched for alternatives. I ended up doing extensive online research and decided upon a Steelcase. I visited the RGO show room to try out both the Leap and Gesture. I decided upon the Leap, placed an order and waited. I called to check on the order a few weeks later and discovered that the order had never been placed. The sales guy that I had been working with had left the company. Bianca Barry assisted me with a speedy and suitable alternative. She was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process and wanted to rectify the situation so that I was happy. I would highly recommend RGO to anyone looking for a high quality office chair (with an extensive warranty) and great customer service!

My partner and I have gone through numerous well-rated office chairs that were ultimately all duds. We made an appointment to try out some new chairs with Bianca and we're not disappointed. She was very professional, knowledgeable and focused on our needs, taking time to answer our questions and not rushing to try and make a sale. They also ensured our mutual safely by guiding us through their COVID screenings and sanitizing all products/surfaces prior to us using them. Excellent experience, I would highly recommend.

*** UPDATE ***Following this review I was contacted directly by RGO and a Steelcase representative in order to make it right. They went ahead and ordered me another chair, which his time arrived (on March 12) with protective coverings and in good condition. I do appreciate that RGO did not stop until we had a chair that was in good condition.***************I recently purchased a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from RGO and had a pretty terrible experience from start to finish. As other have noted, in order to look at chairs in their showroom you have to sign in and then you are assigned a sales person to show you products. There's nothing wrong with that, but the sales lady didn't know much about the product and had to keep leaving to find out basic information about the chair.I did end up purchasing the chair (since I already knew what I wanted) but when I received it and opened the box the chair was covered in dirt and scratches. It was shipped inside a large box with no actual protective covering on the chair. I returned this chair for a replacement, and the second one that was delivered had the same problem. I sent that one back, and now I just received the third replacement chair which has the exact same problems. The delivery guy suggested that depending on what factory the chair comes from determines whether or not it's shipped with protective coverings?!?I'm exhausted from dealing with RGO over the last 4 months on this so I decided to just accept the loss and took delivery of the chair the 3rd, still damaged and dirty chair.Throughout this process RGO failed to effectively communicate with me what was happening. The sales lady would state that she'd follow up in 2 days with more information about replacement and delivery, and then I'd hear nothing so I'd have to follow up with her and even CC other departments in order to get a response.In summary of my experience:- RGO did not know much about the product they sold me- RGO had poor communication with me after receiving payment- RGO was unable to deliver a chair that was not damaged after 3 attempts- RGO has not attempted to make this right in any way whatsoeverI highly suggest avoid doing business with RGO at all costs.

Horrible job. Didn't glue most of the floor stands, stripped the screws for the flooring, missing the data tray, left a huge mess on the jobsite, and didn't label any of the electrical and the electrical was a disaster. Would not recommend anyone looking for quality workmanship. Note to the owners - my name isn't on the file because I'm not the general contractor. I'm an electrician cleaning up your mess.
