Decent prices but very limited selection. Their site had gold, silver etc in stock but in store was told they had four different 1 ounce options of silver and that was about it.Try to keep a live view of product. Quite a let down to see many options online in stock and then get told there is practically nothing when I get to the store.Call ahead. Their store is a lobby about 10' by 10'. Impressed!!!I am a complete newbie to precious metals. Tom and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable and sacrificed a lot of their time to help me understand the process and strategy. Knowing full well that I had no intention of spending any money that day they invested the time in me anyways.I will be returning to make some small acquisitions as I embark on this journey.Highly recommended.And, with regard to the other reviewer that had such horribly misguided expectations of what a precious metals dealer does, I think you should reconsider your review. And furthermore, your comment about Tom's skin colour reveals your racism. Clearly you have some serious soul-searching to do

Tried to rip me off by claiming the kt was not 18 then scratched my jewelry up assuming I was selling it to them for a chemical test without asking me.Then said it wasn’t even 10 kt but was willing to give me $320 based on the current price of 10kt gold.Advice if your considering selling anything here DONT !

absolutely worst customer service i have ever experienced, this old white guy thinks he knows about gold but declined a vs / si diamond 10k gold ring with its original appraisal, he said he doesn’t take jewelry with appraisal so don’t waste ur time bringing in any high end jewelry he clearly only accepts nickels and dimes with a bit of aluminum. mans a complete joke. i don’t normally do this thing but with his attitude and how he carry’s a professional business is absolutely shocking and disgusting. don’t waste ur time here mark my words!
