I have been to different car insurance agencies, however my recent experiance with Mr. Harry Rehlan in Harward western was excellent, he was fully respectfull, knowledgable, good customer service and guided me with all the details patiently answering all the queries untill i understood fully and i took the service immediately, Harward Westerns has now become my first choice due to representatuve like Mr, Rehan Harry.Thank you.

We used to be regular customers here and we were satisfied with the assistance but today( Monday 6th Dec between 11 and 11:30 am ) came here to validate my license and the guy there said my details are not entered in the system and sent us away. So I have to call SGI. When I called them they said that the insurance broker shouldn’t have sent you back but called us instead. They wanted me to give details of the person who assisted me but I didn’t have it with me . My husband was also there and he asked the same guy some doubts regarding how to cancel the insurance when we are on vacation but instead of listening he just told that he cannot do anything about the future insurance issues. But for your kind information it was just an enquiry. This guy seemed so busy and not willing to assist at all. If not why not forward us to some other colleague who can actually help. Seems like this guy is not properly trained and seemed judgemental, not willing to listen. That’s the problem.

I have had the best experience at this McCarthy Blvd. location with signing legal documents, notarizing wills, helping with insurance on vehicles for family members. I am so happy with Harry helping us and another lady I think her name is Michele helping us after a family member passed away, that when my vehicle insurance is up for renewal I am going to move my insurance over to this office. I am very pleased with the politeness and customer service at this location. A job well done by you both!

Great customer service. I really recommend this branch as they have a very good staff just like Xander. He knows how to take good care of the customer’s inquiry. I inquired about my change address in my driver’s license and he did coordinate it with the SGI so I don’t need to call the SGI and wait for a phone queue. Thumbs up for his passion at work! Great job! I hope you will have more staff like him in another branch. Thank you Harvard.
