Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex
This place is almost a second home to me. Between hockey, swimming and various activities in the Gibraltar Room, there is always a reason to gather here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Facilities are kept clean, which can't be easy considering the sheer amount of people that make use of them. There is something for all ages, and hopefully a time that works for most everyone.

Always a great place for you or the whole family! Whether it be a skate a swim or a work out up in the gym, the staff is always courteous and greets you with smiles. Gym is open at 5 30 on weekdays and i believe 10 on the weekend so dont make the mistake of going early! Great suana to!

Very nice pool, was very impressed with how clean it was, the floors in the change rooms didnt feel gross at all. Will defently go back.

Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex
I use this periodically just for the gym. Usually not many people there. Nice air conditioning. Low pressure atmosphere...as in there isn't ripped people parading around in spandex grunting in your face. A wide range of shapes and sizes. A good mix of cardio, free weights and fixed weights. My only wish is that cellular had a stronger signal in there. Sometimes listening to radio or music on cellular data cuts out.

Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex
Great pool. Very kid friendly. They opened up an extra lane for me to swim in. That was super nice. The Gym is nice and has lots of space. Nice hot tub and sauna and steam room. Kids are allowed in these :) They have a rock climbing wall attached to the pool which is cool.
