Terrible service, don't be two minutes late for your appointment due to Kelowna traffic they will leave. Hours of service are terrible and they just can't seem to get them to fit correctly. Seek other providers.

Dr. Mike is incredible at what he does and makes his patients feel welcome and at ease. Krista went above and beyond to accommodate me. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Dr. Mike Duncan is an incredible denturist! He is now in there 5 days a week and taking walk ins! He is so gentle and accommodating! I love the new staff at Kasper!

Badly fitting dentures made by this clinic, which causes a clicking or snapping noise when chewing, headaches and cracked or continually sore corners of the mouth. When I complained about these problems, I was told to either use denture adhesive, or he could reline .... for an extra charge.They do not stand by their work, and attempt to extort extra fees!!

This was my first set of dentures. I saw Jason in Kelowna many times for fittings and adjustments. He was always happy to tweak my dentures so they fit perfectly and comfortably. I am very happy with the end result.

I paid for my first set of dentures which I went in numerous times during healing period last year. I said I was unhappy, teeth small and shallow, very thin shell, very wide on one side, sharp ridge on top denture, flipped edges causing my jaw to ache digging into my jaw and gums, so much adhesive just to wear them.Update:I got a call to come in for my 1 year appointment. $775 to fix poorly made dentures that flop around unless you use a lot of adhesive. I was told this cost while sitting in chair, excited to have teeth so I can finally eat. There was no understanding about the awful job the last guy did on how this can be fixed without full payment for finishing the denture. I was unaware what I got were trained dentures. Shop around as will I. I have been told it is my fault for : healing time, the poor fitting and cost.Due to phone calls about changing my review I will add that yes I had my dentures finished and they are good now.Use whomever you like, everyone has different experiences.

Dr. Mike Duncan is Amazing at his job. He did a fantastic job on making a partial denture for my husband. I highly recommend him. Krista is so welcoming and accommodating. Defiantly will be back. Thank you so much!
